That is my struggle. I keep saying yes. I feel guilt leaving families without a sitter. I also struggle with the repetition. One of my kiddos thrives on routine (as they have autism) but the others do not. And I get so board doing the same thing every single weekday. Another issue is I baby sit in my own home as I baby sit two different families at once. Not having my work space separate from my home space is stressful. So I highly suggest not sitting in your own home of possible. I think I need to set more boundaries as I'm watching kiddos every weekday Monday through Friday 7:30am till 4pm and I'm definitely burnt out
Routine is helpful but that doesn't mean that the activities have to be the same! I agree that babysitting in you're home can be a lot of work and very stressful. Boundaries are hard to place but then a beautiful thing once in place! You got this!

I have a question for you so I babysit for this family and the kids are very spoiled and they like everything to be done there moms way and they are very rude and do not listen very well and the parents adress some of the issues and then it still happens what do you recommend I do

yeah hi Im a expert because of Lydia I recommend instead of not working for this family I think you should possablie tell them [the lil kids] that your going to bring something fun next time get them interested than ask the mom questions on what's the house rules btw you want to be carful for what you say you posablie wanna say to them that if they be good this baby sitting time you will bring them maybe some candy I seriously under stand about this lol there 5 girls and 1 boy in my fam including me🤭😵😵😵😵😵but. any way hope this feed back is good for you@@Madelyncaves Thankyou I hope this will help a lot 🥰

I would address it one more time but if it doesn’t get resolved I recommend not working for the family anymore
