Thanks for the review! How fast is the vantage v3 can track heart rate in daily wear? I have problem with ignite 3 and vantage v2, i have to wait minutes to get to the proper heart rate before I am doing workout.

so if i understand it well, i need to bring my phone with me during my run if i want to listen to music? or can i listen to a selected musiclist on my watch while it is connected with my phone using the flow app?

very disapointed,
no rep and set counters like the pacer pro or every other watches,
polar is stricktly aimed at people who only practice running / trail / cardio training and lack more frequants updates and taking into account other sporting profiles (gym, pull ups, sqats etc ... )
Neverthe less, nice video man, keep up the good content :)
