Belichick’s résumé will do most of the recruiting for him. Especially on the defensive end players should be tripping over each other to get into UNC. And pretty much whoever doesn’t want to play for the Belichick part of it, they will be in there for all the money that’s going to UNC for him. As far as the actual football coaching goes I believe he’s the best coach in college football on day one. Yea the NFL game has caught up to him but this isn’t the NFL this is minor league football where almost all the coaches are there because they couldn’t cut it strategically in the NFL
