I am a life-long Southern Baptist, and I absolutely adore Gregorian Chants. God’s Spirit really transcends all forms of media, no matter the language.
I work with neglected and mistreated elementary children. This music helps bring a little peace when I get home. It's easy to fall into despair with so many children in such dire need, and I feel like I can do so little to help. When I was young I was a crusader for the cause, and thought I could soldier on forever, but now, decades later, all the horror sits on my soul. I'm weary. This music helps distract my mind from those kids that went home to chaos for the weekend.
I need a prayer from all of you brothers and sisters. Prayer to finish the last semester successfully please

I’m from London, I grew up in an Irish/Polish Catholic household & went to Catholic schools. I’ll be lying if I said that I’ve been devout since leaving school and I’m not really a religious person. Think about it, God could have just decided to send Jesus from the sky or something like that, instead He decided to trust this woman with His beloved Son. Jesus Himself stayed with His Mother until He was 30 and always obeyed Her. At the wedding of Cana Jesus performed His first miracle only because Mary asked Him to, He said it wasn’t yet His time but He did it for the great love He has for Her. Also Paul writes in Philippians 3:17 to imitate saints, if you look at the lives of the saints they all had a strong devotion to Our Lady (examples: of course Saint Joseph, Saint John apostle, Saint Therese of Lisieux, Saint Maximilian Kolbe, Saint Alphonsus Liguori, Saint John Paul II, Saint Padre Pio, Saint Teresa of Calcutta, Saint Ephrem the Syrian, Saint John Damascene, Saint Ireaneus) the doctors of the Church agree that praying to Mary not only it is allowed but it is also very good. When we honour Her we become like Christ who honoured Her in His lifetime on earth
We honor saints (sometimes referred to by the Greek term: proskyneze), which is actually worship of God working in them and through them. We honor saints not in opposition to the cult given to God, but within it. We honor in them what God is most important in them. We worship because, first, it is amazing (like every action of God); secondly - their lives are a warning signal for us and a kind of appearance of what God in his mercy wants and can also appear in us.
The following analogy may help explain this (although, like any example, it also has its limitations): I meet a great painter whom I admire. Now I can tell him: “You are a universal artist! I admire you!” Or: “This painting is gorgeous! I love going!”

@@rodi8E you know if that was true then people would honor angels, but the angel says in the Bible not to bow down or praise him, he is only a servant of God. Nobody deserves to be honored to the level of God except the Father, the Son & the Holy Spirit. You can look to the scriptures for wisdom, you can look to your church for wisdom, both of which that wisdom will come from God. But why pray to someone in heaven who ISNT Jesus? Jesus Christ is our intercessor, that is like saying Jesus Christ’ sacrifice is not enough, by thinking you have to do works to make it into heaven. You pray to Jesus Christ because He saved you & He told you to do so, just like how we do works because Jesus Christ saved us & He told us to do so. Nowhere in the Bible does it say to pray to saints in heaven. It says to pray for each other (in the context of the church on earth) but not to pray to saints in heaven.
Catholic Church is demonic. U only pray to GOD thru Jesus. Rosary will not save u , it is doctrines of men.

That's a demon trying to make you feel that way. God loves you so much that He sent His Son to die on the Cross that you and all mankind may be redeemed. In the Catholic Church we have the Sacrament of Confession to absolve our sins and cleanse our souls. It literally can feel like a weight is removed. And it's cheaper than therapy. 😏

Also, observe the reaction of people when you speak about God in a positive manner. If they react negatively by mocking you, insulting you or just being aggressive is a good indicator that you're dealing with demonic energy. You can use this like a "detect evil". My Mother just died..my father has dementa and end stage parkansinson needs 100 percent care hes hospic..im sitting with him now..I moved back a few months ago.to help.I have had my greattist loss and hurt..and a pray to God to forgive me my anger and sadness..and altough im week in faith now to forgive me.
