Renee, i am horrified of any bird that comes close to me. In P.Vallarta, will they, esp Roosters, come close to my feet? Please don't laugh. I love love birds, geese, and esp little hummingbirds(don't mind them being close to me,) but don't want birds flying close to me. Please advise.
Also, another quick question...with all the dogs there(and I love them,) but reality is reality. They poo. So, how do you feel comfortable running your feet thru the sand? At Myrtle Beach, S.C., I no longer will EVER go barefoot anymore, and I used to LOVE the sand between on toes and on my feet.

That was a lot of fun, Renee - It was so nice of you to make this beautiful video for us and a great walk. I have been to Cabo San Lucas, Manzanillo and Barra de Navidad but now I want to go to Puerto Vallarta. Looking forward to seeing the condo you stayed at.
Aloha Renee This is such a wonderful surprise ❤ Tess and I are planning a long trip to Puerto Vallarta next year. Our first time in Mexico. We've fallen for PV and know it will be a great fit for us 🇺🇸
Our favorite vacation destination. My husband has been going there for about 40 years, I have spent the last 19 winter/springs and sadly missed going 2021 and 2022. The last seven years we were in condos right between Daiquiri Dicks and Coco Tropical...
I have been to Puerto Vallarta twice...but, haven't been back in over 25 years...😳 It was always beautiful...& always had a great time. 👍😊 I love the sound of the ocean. 😍👍🌊
Hi Susie!!! Darn it on the notifications! I've been working with UA-cam on this issue. Apparently they though my channel had been hijacked because they didn't recognize the IP address I was using while in Mexico. It's a whole big story. Anyway....the only way to work through it is to simply continue to post videos on a regular basis until UA-cam establishes that I'm back in the US (which apparently takes up to 10 days). In the meantime....there isn't anything I can do unfortunately. So....fingers crossed that this gets resolved soon!
I made the mistake of brushing my teeth with the tap water in Malta on holiday there once. I did not drink it but mistakenly brushed my teeth with it. Only other time I was that ill was when I contracted bovine salmonella. I was working with calf's... weaning them off of milk onto cattle cake. Renee it looks like you and Randy had a wonderful break. Looks lovley there xxx
Interesting place but not peaceful. You are an excellent tour guide. Loved taking the walk with you. I loved your Panama City vacation video because I love Florida. Renee you would love my western Michigan shoreline. It has stunning views and rocks galore. Beaches are great in summer.
My husband and I did our honeymoon in Puerta Vallarta. That was over 20 years ago, so I don't know if it's different now or just different because of where we stayed, but we learned very quickly to tell everyone that approached us that it was our last day because so many who approached us wanted you to tour a timeshare the next day. They had nice gifts if you would go to the timeshare presentation, and we did go to one and got a free jeep rental for a day, but it did take us all day long (the timeshare presentation) and lots of rejecting hard-sell techniques. My husband is good at saying no, otherwise we wouldn't have gone. We did enjoy our day with the free Jeep, though, and went up into the mountains and saw a small zoo (got a picture of my hubby sitting next to a lion with a fence in between, of course), and watched some waterfall diving that was incredibly scary, but just had an awesome time.
I have never been approached on the beach about a timeshare. Hmmm...wonder if that's more prevalent near in the North area where the larger chain hotels and timeshares are located. We stay in the Romantic Zone so the vibe is a little different. Most vendors are selling food, trinkets, etc...which I actually enjoy :)
Thank you for such an informative video! I feel like I've watched hundreds of videos about PV and no one has mentioned the (lack of) trash and the beach water.
Once upon a time I use to go to Mexico once or twice a year, Cancun, Cozumel, Puerto Vallarta, and once loved Acapulco. You mentioning don’t be fooled by the front of a place. One year I booked a hotel in Cozumel, was the Princess Cozumel. Well we arrived at night and I thought welI I got a terrible hotel, and we were staying two weeks. Well when we went inside it was absolutely gorgeous. Unbelievable. But I always liked going all inclusive. Seeing your video reminded me of what I’m missing. I fell many times over the years on those streets...
We go to PV every winter. It's my favorite place in Mexico. We've vacationed in all of the big name places but kept coming back to PV. It has such a wonderful vibe...and I just feel right at home there. I didn't want to come home! Randy even told me I could stay a couple of more weeks...but I hated to send hime home by himself. Oh well 🙄. I'll be back there again soon :)
