Rig steering & control- exit gybes at speed! Vasiliki Vassiliki Windsurf

Have we forgotten some key basics of windsurf that might just be the key to exiting gybes at speed?
Do we really lean the sail forward or backward to steer, and how does this link into smooth and fast exit of our Gybes?
