Stihl FS160 and FS 220 Brushcutter Test, Which is Best for the Site?

In this video I compare the Stihl FS 160 and FS 220 mowing machines, pointing out the pros and cons in relation to use on farms and I also provide a practical demonstration of their use for two vegetation situations, one up to 1 meter in height and for tall vegetation. For use in rural areas, both models are excellent in terms of performance, however, the FS 160 model is recommended for those who want to save fuel and mow low vegetation up to 1 meter in height. For those who want a powerful brush cutter and need to clear tall bushes, the FS 220 model is the most suitable, however, its consumption is double that of the FS160. The video demonstrated the use of the machine in extreme situations, however, in daily use, it must be used at an alternating high and low speed to allow time for the machine to cool down. When mowing tall bushes, cut the bush into several parts to reduce the effort on the machine. This will considerably reduce the wear of parts such as the clutch and less effort on moving parts.
An interesting fact about both machines is that the only difference between them is the handlebars, handlebar support and the liner and piston kit. The other parts are identical, so anyone who has a Stihl FS 160 brush cutter can transform it into an FS 220 by changing the liner and piston kit.
