Which was your favourite moment from this video?
the part you felt like an oreo biscuit
All, greetings from Madrid, Spain
I never met him, didn't know where he lived but we used to shout Muhammad Ali !Muhammad Ali! so far away from United States here in Zambia, Africa. He was really the greatest of all time because even his funeral spoke so
Lols. At 4:10 Mr Frazier pulls his trousers down to cover his high heels. I'm surprised Mr Ali didn't go to town on that but he was too busy talking😆
I love how Ali was just lowkey fucking with him for the entirety of every single video
Also I love how Parky instinctively gets up at 16:08 just to catch Ali's jacket and fold it nicely on the chair. Pure British class...
You must have been watching a different video than this one.
It’s so nice to see dick cavett treat Ali like a friend more than a god. Dick was so natural and charismatic. He really did love his time with Ali and you could tell.
The fact that he got Marlon Brando in his show is proof that Dick is a super pleasant interviewer.
No man is or was or ever will be anything like a god. If gods existed it would be like comparing a universe to a microbe.
Ali is literally the most magnetic person ever. You can't not watch him.
True!
This is absolute gold, I hope we never lose these kind of moments from memory. Very different world we live in now.
Cavett is very awkward and cringe. He was a horrible host that really was forcing conversations.
"Let's be friends for one minute just to get him to get him! " 😂😂😂
There will never be another Ali. People with better records, better skills and more power in the ring each division in each era but none of them ever had 1% of the charisma of Ali
I’m not terribly interested in boxing, but Muhammad Ali was a force of nature with a penchant for rhyming. I miss him!
True. I even watched him boxing.
Met Muhammad in Italy in 1986. Lovely man, sat with his family jus opposite us in a restaurant by the beach. I went over and said hello, and he couldn’t of been so kind. Gave me an autograph without even asking. His wife was so gracious too. R.I.P
I liked all Ali’s poetry and his intelligence and compassion he showed other fighters
There would be no Mayweather 😅
He didn't show joe frazier much compassion.......
I don’t often comment on UA-cam, but what Ali said about kids using their brain to get a job teared me up, very wise and kind to know that his own good luck and hard work wouldn’t work for others, as well as not fucking up people who were in a bad way
I was lucky enough as a young child to meet him at a party at a party in Detroit. He was so wonderful and kind. What an amazing person in so many ways. Truly the greatest.
Muhammad Ali or Dick Cavett?
@@JARV18 DC I'm assuming
a party within a party sounds good lol
Yea, Joe was a great guy.
What a compassionate intelligent man
Yea, Joe was amazing.
Ali was amazing at promoting himself
We need more of MUHAMMAD ALI
I miss Ali. Wisdom, compassion and honesty. RIP Champ.
Today these two would get paid $200 Million a fight easy !
Floyd would be poor compared to them!😂🤣😂🤣
The money fight
Got that right!
If only we could see that
I’m lucky to have known Ali since he fought Foreman. (Not in person, I wish!). My big brothers and big cousins knew him since he fought Liston. Thank God for videos, I got to see his vids since he was 14. Beautiful, fun, exciting man. I can watch him talk all day. Also Like a work of Art in the ring. Poetry in motion. My favorite Celebrity ever! There’ll never be another one. Never.
Dick Cavett can handle ANYTHING with absolute humor, intelligence & class.❤ These are 2 of my all-time favorite boxers!! Particularly Ali, never will be another like him.
💯 PC CORRECT
Happy 80th Birthday to GOAT. Love from Hyderabad India. 17th January 2022. Respect.
My god the way Joe picks the host up so effortlessly is amazing. I'm female but it literally looks like he dragged Cavett up by his groin at one point (he didn't look in pain) but that must have hurt or been uncomfortable . Frazier seems to be holding him in the air one handed at one point. Joe Frazier is my favourite boxer ever and It just shows the power he must have had in those punches against Ali that he can hold I'm guessing a 12 stone man up one handed
"The greatest of all time" Ali voice
I wish there was more black man like him
Two absolute gentle (pun intended) giant ……and what an amazing human beings these two legends.
Its hard to believe that God took Ali voice at his age of 38-40.
No disrespect to the GOAT, but He talked a lifetimes worth...Lol
@@Akumaten1 i am Ali fan, i respect him a lot.
@@maciekjoker9095 To be fair man, Ali must take the price for taking really good and hard punch from Fellas like Frazier, Foreman, Norton, Shaver. He must have pay the price in his later life.
@9:50 hoisting Cavett in the air, rflmao
@@lxia1486 yes, and for that he was a big racist. He was funny, but he hate white and black people - Ali called Frazier monkey.
Ali took tO Joe “I learn some new trick”with expression on Ali’s face 🤣🤣🤣.. Ali & Joe u are the King 👑👑i love you champ🌹🌹
Let’s be friends for one minute just to get him 😂😂😂😂😂
Ali was the Greatest. Cavett was a very good and entertaining interviewer.
Damn i love Alis humor - especially the poem about his salary to beeing on the show.
When Ali said when he knew the other guy was basically beat, he'd go light. That's a good man right there! If only these fools in the street stopped beating on someone who is already beat! Follow the champs wisdom if you respect him, whether you're a man or a woman.
Ali was hilarious, a natural comedian.
Dick Cavett and Michael Parkinson together is nice to see
Aren`t we lucky to have youtube to be able to see this gold
1:20 he made another prophecy that came true... What a lightened man
GOAT
i wish I was born around that time. Ali was a master at selling the fight🤣🤣
Joe was the most stylish dresser in the boxing scene. Fashionista!
The WWE learned a lot from Muhammad Ali.
Ali, as usual is credible.
Title should mention Joe Frazier, he is a BIG DEAL "Best of Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier"
This brings me a smile to my face, I like when they both hold him up like hes nothing
I love this man... I love Dick Cavett!!!
Great clips!
Fabulous... love love Dick C. These shows were the best of the best!!
Pure class from Dick Cavett
That was so entertaining!!!
'The last time I saw this move was at the zoo. What else? ' 😂😂
Joe and Ali 💯 great men ! 👍
Before my time but what a great show.
ALI! ALI!! ALI!!! 😎✊👊🍁
And Smokin Jo! ✊👊
RIP 😔
Wish my Dad would’ve told me what Ali just said… Damn 😜
Ali: it’s embarrassing the price on the cheque.
Cavette: yes it is particularly the 92 cents
Please post the 3rd Bobby Fischer interview from after he won the world championship!
Lols. At 4:10 Mr Frazier pulls his trousers down to cover his high heels. I'm surprised Mr Ali didn't go to town on that but he was too busy talking😆
Them heels were actually tough back in the day. But you wouldnt know/remember that...
@@oldschoolboxing6048shut up
@@oldschoolboxing6048 stack heels were the style in the 70s
Was surprised how tall Joe Frazier appears in this show
Among the many big tall heavyweights Joe often looked inches shorter than in the ring
......but in this and other interviews he s a tall strikingly handsome man 👌😲👏
Ali reminds me a lot of Bruce Lee. amazing philosophy
الله يرحمه🤲
what's the name of the song that plays at the end? It sounds really cool!
❤❤❤❤❤
Wow good tele

@14:00 Ali knew how to promote a fight, bringing his special sparring partner 6,000 miles from around the world Gorilla Jones, funny and creative
Sitting there takin his turn
The best bit was the last when he winding Joe up but he isn't serious
Great advice at 5:30
2:02 - There it is lol. I heard that line in the George Foreman movie coming out, but i swear he said it to Fraizer.
best interviews love Clay Love Joe
Agreed
IT'S MUHAMMAD ALI TO YOU, SAY HIS NAME
have nothing against the other celebs that were on this show but is this channel ever going to show the Dick Cavett shows where he interviews Jackie Gleason or Art Carney? How about any Honeymooners actors that were part of the main cast? These are rarities much like the other videos.
Way too good for your time!
More Bobby Fischer please!!!!
Dick Cavett oulived Joe Frazier & Muhammad Ali , Dick Cavett still lives at 86 years old,
so in the end, he came out victorious, what can Ali do to Cavett now six feet under? nothing! as it has been for the last seven years.
You alright man?
Lay off the drugs pinky
Ya Allah Forgive Everyone Ameen Sumah Ameen
Ya Allah Help Everyone’s Ameen Sumah Ameen
Does Joe Frazier ever talk?
Ali want let him 😂😂😂😂
He spoke when he had something to say. He made a great contrast to ali.
I have nothing against the other celebs that were on this show but is this channel ever going to show the Dick Cavett shows where he interviews Art Carney or Jackie Gleason? I don’t have Decades.
Nobody knows who they are 😂
Let's also call the man a phony for being a writer lol
What about Joe Frazier
Those chances are 2 million to 1 now champ or even less!!
"Generic comment comparing dick cavett to modern day talk shows/hosts" 🥱
Joe was a middle weight so was tyson but big hearts
A middle weight...? Maybe a light heavy. Get real man. They were small, but not THAT small
No, he wasn't. Joe was 5'11"-6'0" and well over 200 lbs..
Both light heavy weights at best be real you obviously were never boxers but tv criticism
And each one would make 200 mil=400 mil
4:27 for myself
16:02 These days security would step on stage and kill all the fun.
Sugar Ray :(
Brilliant.
Tyson Fury to knock Wilder in Round 5 🇬🇧
Really? He had to check the names in the intro ?
Yeah, as a joke. Guess what, it worked.
Dick not focussing on Joe :)
Dick Cavett seems so small and skinny.
They picked him up like he was a stuffed doll
He looks more so next to heavyweights! 🥊
He is 😂😅
Cavett is weak on this one!
?
