I saw somewhere a method for uneven cash flows, that divides the initial investment by the average of the cash flows.
Can you please explain why you added a negative sign to cell D9 while the cell is negative already?
We want the answer to be positive. So, a negative changes the negative number to positive. Thanks for watching!
