Reaction and Processing Speed with Vestibular System Activation

In this video you can see 4 drills for working on reaction speed and on speed of information processing, in combination with activation of vestibular (balance) system (through 360 jump turns and somersaults) and elements of basic goalkeeper technique for saves of high and low shots with the side push off step technique.
These are more advanced drills, so as always - you need to make sure first that your goalkeeper is capable of performing all separate elements of each drill, and only when that is the case, then you can proceed to performing the whole combo.
