Twin pickup "New Cuba" cigarbox guitar by Chickenbone John

Installing two pickups gives a much wider tonal scope than just a single pickup. It's more work, but not that difficult once you've worked out how to wire the 3-way switch.
Played though a Fender Super Champ X2 amplifier.

Nice John. Beach must be a hardwood. I don't see any around here in North Idaho USA. Walnut makes a good looking fret board. It sounds Awesome too. Thanks for the Vid!

Beech is a very common hardwood, extensively used for furniture making.

Beech is a fairly heavy, straight and fine grained hardwood, used a lot for furniture. In Europe it's a good alternative to Maple for necks.
