And there it is, Alankritha & Meher Gundavaram, your Unique Master Piece !! Every aspect of the event was well thought off & well planned, most importantly the name says it all.. MAHOL MIYAAN !! It came out amazingly well, I re-lived every moment, what a beautiful time spent !! so goes my share... Hampi by itself is a wonderful location while the 'heart put custom built resort' ! tremendously added to the over all feel. The way the cottages were built very close to nature to the way the naturally sloped bounder rock was utilised to create a pool out of it to the way the dining area was built with a thatched roof abetting a river stream which had its own presence with the sound of the water fall a little away. The big open lawn area with open grill & bar counter in the lap of nature adjacent to the boulder river stream was utilised for the feast night. (a day before the ceremony) It was a musical night with drinking keeping the masculine occupied while mehndi, food & nature kept the feminine company. Ooh boy it was a looong night but that wasn't it. The day of the Ceremony started very early, obviously the Individuals had to be transformed into the Bride & Groom. Well before all the beauty and charm shows upon them, the first step is of cleansing and so was the early morning event 'The making of Pelli Koduku & Pelli Kuturu' Started with a decent cleansing process rubbing them off with turmeric, etc but quite quickly transformed into a playful atmosphere splashing water all over, no-one in that sphere was spared. The location where the actual wedding took place was an old temple rich in its beautiful architecture with an adjacent ancient Mandapam within the same compound. These temples are built in rock with such detailed architecture reflecting in the structure, one cant miss to realise the amount of passion and effort that has gone into the creation of such beautiful energy spaces. While the main temple is known for its continuous(24/7) chanting of hanuman chalisa, they have made sure that the vibrancy of the place is kept up. The wedding was conducted in this beautiful mandapam merging two into one. Two separate Individuals are now one. Cheers to you guys. It was a visual feast of a ceremony followed by the tummy full satisfying karnataka style 'Vindhu Bhojanam" arranged below the grand five trees, lunch was offered under the natural canopy of these wide spread 5 trees with a sheet rock hillocks in the background. I was so overfed, I had to walk it out for the rest of the day. Cheers to the Couple & Fairy Tale events for arranging everything the way it was arranged.
