I was visiting my daughter in Germany - she plays this song for my 1 year old grandson... he loves it, will stop whatever he's doing to listen and hum the song. Now that I have returned to Canada I listen to your songs... they remind me of my grandson 'Where I'm Going' and 'When you wake up in the morning'...

Where I'm Going sounds so great live, here and when they were on Tiny Desk. Hats off to the technicians who recorded this performance!

The Wild Reeds opened for Shakey Graves in Louisville (10/2018) and ever since then I have been completely obsessed with their music. Their talent is beyond anything I have ever heard. Their Music touches your soul, Their harmony is ridiculously amazing, and their lyrics...speechless. I can only hope I see them again live

It's weird being my age & suddenly discovering that I have access to such beautiful music whenever I want it! In 1977 it was a Saturday afternoon in an over priced record shop with paper route money for just one record

Saw them open for Lord Huron, hands down one of the best opening bands I have ever seen. Terrific music, they are awesome.

This child of the sixties is really liking the new music. Some of it appears to have been inspired in part by our music. The lyrics are meaningful and the melodies are very pleasant. Please keep showing us new music and groups like the Wild Reeds.

When you wake up in the morning
    Are you lonely
To find only the items I had left
By your bedside on the table to your right hand
Little traces are the proof that I exist
this is the best break-up song.

There’s something about harmonizing bands like this one that take my breath away. The Staves are one of my favorite bands and The Wild Reeds have so much of that same energy.

I don´t know if anyone speeks german here, but anyway...i try to write in english. So please don´t mind, if there are any mistakes in my writing...
The song "what i had in mind" is so wunderful! Unbelievabel!!!!!
I think that everyone has a gift, a talent...and god gave us all a talent. We just have to see and feel it and especially the warmth and love of jesus...
    Wunderful!
These voices, wow, i´m deeply moved (i don´t know if this is the right expression).
    Thanks!!!
