He-Man had a history of being undervalued by Hollywood in the 80’s and 90’s (Filmation got turned down by all the major networks to put the cartoon into the Saturday Morning lineup). It took creators from Gen-X and Y for it to get any traction. Hopefully the new news of traction doesn’t sputter out.
