Such a thorough concept grabbing sessions... Thank you so much GATE ACADEMY & much more thanks to you sir... Reaction released का concept बहत अच्छे से समझ गया हू अब... Thank you sir....
Sir, because of ur hardwork we r able to gain such a good concept and deep knowledge of subject . U r too good and have a very good way of teaching that make other easily understand the subject. Thanks a lot sir 🙏❤️
Wonderful lecture sir ...u and and ur whole gate academy make whole civil engineering subject really interesting by my clearing my concept....thank u rehan sir and gate academy

sir has already clarified in the comments below, that at 43:00 and 1:07:10, there is mistake for "indeterminate" as "determinate" and "equilibrium equations as 2, respectively.
basically, the sir said that the Beams are indeterminate but he ment to say they are determinate structures, because you can always find the internal forces (i.e. BM and SF) using the equilibrium equations.
Ye subject muze bahot hard lagta tha lekin sir ke Aise lec dekhake lagta hai so simple subject aur favourite subject na ban jaye . Thank you sir . Apko kitna bhi thank you kiya to kam hi hoga . Excellent teaching style sir . Kash clg mein aise teacher hote toh har clg mein IES banega .
Super classes🥰.. Thankyou so much for providing free classes for students like me, who have no money to go for coaching classes 🥺. Thankyou so much sir.. for simplifying this tough subject🙏🏻..
i guess there is a mistake in question of 2D frame at time 1:06:57, in vertical load condition you put the value of equilibrium equations as 3 where as it should should be 2.
Yes bro u r right … since vertical load is acting so in equilibrium equations summation fx=0 will not be considered, so there will be only 2 equations, i.e. summation fy & mz =0
Sir thankx a lot sir for you efforts for us 🙆♂️🙆♂️🙏🙏 and you are best 💯 teacher I ever seen after Venugopal sir 🥰🥰 thankx to both of you for your efforts now for me SoM and Structural analysis is very easy before that i m very week in studies after your lecture I m motivated and perform good in my Institute thanku a lot sir 😭🙏🙏🙏🙏
at 01:06:55 I think Dse should be 4-2 (not 4-3) , since you said in the special case of vertical loading the no of equilibrium equations becomes 2... please clarify
Sir, a lil bit confused, 42:50 about the assumptions, i think beams should be internally DETERMINATE if no internal hinge is provided, because no closed loops, so C=0 and no internal hinge, Rr=0, then Dsi=0, right?
Hi Rehan sir I understood everything except the alternate formula of Ds in rigid joint i.e frame for 2D & 3D it should be Ds = re -3+3c+rr & Ds = re -3+6c+rr
I am from nepal. Our Course are similar but questions are very very tough but thanks for your basic concepts now i can only just pass. Thank you very very much♥️♥️
At 24:56 for external static indeterminacy Equilibrium equation should be 2, because Fx and Fy is only working there. Sir, please clear that and also for internal statically indeterminacy formula will be M-(2J-2) ?
at 25:40 total no. of joint would be 4 or 5 because as we know joint is the point where two or more members meet. At top hinge support no two members are meeting . Plz do explain
At 1:07:00 when we are finding DS for a beam with vertical loading, we are taking only 4 external reactions, however, we are taking the value of E as it is 3 (instead of 2 in case of vertical loading). Why so? Also, I tried solving this solving with the alternate method and the answer is same i.e, -1 but if we take the value of E as 2, the answer of Ds is equal to 0.
Gate Academy means crystal clear Concepts...
Not doubt at all

@@rehanahmed1964 sir beam keise internally indeterminate ho gya? 3C = 0 ho jaayega na? @43:20 beam statement
@@rehanahmed1964 Sir, how do we find the internal static indeterminacy of beams?
Kindly make it 2, I mistakenly wrote 3 at 1:07:00 question and at 43 minutes make it determinate.
You guys are doing great. All the best. ❤️
One more mistake sir at 43:02 it should be determinate

Brilliant Content delivery sir. And this is the First Time I'm actually getting the basics of structural engineering. Thank you.
At 1:06:59, while calculating Dse, shouldn't "E" be equal to 2? Because the loading is vertical and supports are at the same level.
yes there vl No horizontal reaction and summation of FX not equal to zero ,hence E=2( summa Fy and BM equals to zero)
yeah Ds=0 in that question
Yss agree bro
Yes E=2
Haan. True. Even i calculated like this after pausing the video.
I have no doubts till now...even i will go through the multiple questions without any prblm...thank u REHAN sir for such a brilliant teaching..
Outstanding teaching ❤️The lectures are very helpful to clear the concept..and it will help to grow up the interest for this subject

Sir, I think at 1:07:25 ,there will be 2 equilibrium equations.
I thought that same. Agr horizontal reaction cut kr rhe ho to Fx wali equilibrium equation bhi cut krni chaiye.
Similarly @1:09:36, there should not be any closed loop.
I was thinking the same.
Yep bro I was thinking the same thing
