Imagine Joe Rogan, Tim Pool, Trump, Tom Macdonald, Jordan Peterson, Alex Jones, Ben Shapiro AKA Shen Bapiro in one podcast. Can you? I can imagine the 3 seconds that thing would be taken down from UA-cam and hauled as an apocalypse situation.
I am very selective with rap whereby it takes talent, originality, and going against the grain to spark my interest. As a result, I always dug Beastie Boys, 2 Live Crew, Ice T, NWA, Public Enemy, RUN DMC. However, metal and punk was always my favorite and still is. Tom is punk rock. His DIY approach and going against the grain resulted in my interest in his music. Never in my younger years would I have ever thought I would pay any mind to academia, politics, social issues. Growing up as a teen and becoming an adult in the 90s I thought we had all this stuff figured out. There was no judgement based upon gender, orientation, pigmentation, etc. Live and let live. I didn't have to like or agree with another human's choices or actions and they could reciprocate. We just got along because we didn't force each others views upon one another. We listened, learned, and grew becoming better human beings. The only identifying factor that is not a protected class is political ideology. Therefore, Americans (born here or legally immigrated) should just ditch this red blue conflict and come together regardless of pigmentation, religion, gender, orientation. Once we all put those trivial things behind us we can come together to address the real issues to bring each other up. The media and politicians are the problem. Not Americans. We all have more in common than what is propagated in the media, big tech, and the government. We all want the same thing. To pursue happiness. Sometimes we need each other to obtain that goal. Therefore, don't fall for the division propaganda. Think for yourself and find like minded individuals. Act locally, get involved with school boards, local elections especially the DA. We have more power than you think. Our founders were not idiots. We have a system in place that got corrupted. It is up to us to eliminate that corruption. See something, say something, if no one else does something, it is now your responsibility to do something.

I love this young man and used to see people with tattoos as scary until him and I actually find him beautiful. This is the kind of thought he provokes in us. That was flipping epic! The line in the song that meant the most to me, was where Tom said “ embrace it “. As a retired Marine, names come out like “ jar head” making fun of our required haircuts, and most recently “ crayon eater” indicating that we are so dumb that if handed crayons we would opt to try eating them Vice using them for their intended purpose. @@mike-cc3dd I believe they have the right to live their lives as they see fit as long as they aren't imposing on others lives especially our kids. To demonize others for not agreeing with their lifestyle and refusing to placate them by referring to them by their nonsensical genders or even worse pushing their mental illness on our kids is just plain wrong and I won't have any part of it.

Like we see in womens sport or the case recently where an allegedly transgender male got put into a womens prison and got two inmates pregnant. That’s where I draw the line. If they want to change their gender, Okay. If they want to dress up as the opposite gender, fine. But leave me out of this. I also don’t have a problem with addressing them as their „chosen“ gender, male or female. If a man does drag or completely transitioned or even is about to transition I don’t have a problem to call „him“ her and her female name. Just stop forcing stuff on me or make my life miserable.

My 10yr old daughter started to listen to music of this style on UA-cam that we don’t agree with because of it calling for violence so we got her to listen to toms music instead! This latest song also is great for kids like my daughter who is getting bullied at school as well, she sings the lyrics to her bullies. We are in the Uk and are going to try and get his albums to play at home and in the car. She even want’s this song for her birthday, Tom is a wonderful songwriter and role model for young people!.

I’m definitely part of the HOG fam but I strongly urge you to listen to his songs before you let your 10-year-old listen to them. Some of them involve adult situations that Tom has lived through that a 10-year-old brain is not ready to process. Just parent to parent FYI.
@@sheilaabraham4350 Well as you say, parent to parent! Let’s just take what’s out there now that has a catchy beat and so not kid appropriate but, pops up and is pushed out for kids to listen to. And I would say that I would rather have my child listen to real life experiences that have an underlining message of hope, determination and prosperity. Then to have them listen to music that promotes drug use instead of warns about it. Sexual misconduct as a way to seem like you belong etc. So I would agree that I as a parent, would rather hear a slip of a curse word then to hear my 10 year old talking about popping her a$$ and making a man pay for it!
If you have a hard time getting them, for what ever reason, getting your hands on his albums, let me know. Our daughter, age 15 now, is a survivor of a suicide attempt because of bullying. Rap isn't my genre, but you have to love TM's message. All of his songs seem as if they come from a good place in his heart.

My kids have taught me there is quite a difference between rap and hip hop and that Tom is actually a hip-hop artist. Hip hop is all poetry and usually tells a story. Poetry put to a beat so to speak.

Let me assure you, he never has and never will care what ANYBODY on this planet thinks of him. Whatever inevitable imperfections he can ever have as a human being, inauthenticity never was and never will be one of them. Teachers will never play anything to break someone out of the mind control.

Michael, the DailyWire should start a record label and sign artists like Tom. You guys are doing books, movies, and TV shows, why not music? That industry deserves a shakeup.
I think starting a Dailywire Billboard Chart with a factual reporting of the data would be more helpful. Artists like Tom are not going to sign with anyone, and that gives them the freedom and power to become great at what they do...much like Comedian's or Journalist's once you sign a contract they own you...but a Best Seller's List for books, music, movies, and other means of cultural expression...that shows the truth independent of anyone's feelings or opinions would not only be a breath of fresh air but also would go along with one of Dailywire's core tenants. @Dailywire

As a man approaching my 60s I was fortunate to listen to one of Tom's songs purely by accident... I don't care for Rap music but so many of the lyrics in his songs are amazingly on point for what is going on in this country right now... Tom is wise beyond his age... Given my age, I don't think I could attend a concert and I hold no real expectations that I would be fortunate enough to meet this young man... However, if I could meet him I'd like to buy him lunch or coffee just to thank him for so harmoniously putting into song the truth about what is taking place in this country right now... What many are thinking but are afraid or unable to say outside of family or close friends... I also now listen to Adam Calhoun, Nu Breed & Jesse Howard, Savannah Dexter, Upchurch, and a couple others...

After that experience I can no longer tolerate crowds of people around me or behind me... That experience wound up ending my career in emergency medicine and trauma a few short years after retiring... So though I would love to go to a concert I simply cannot because I know my limitations around crowds of people...

I think Tom gets so much hate he’s grateful when good people reach out to him and show interest in his work. He’s commented on Michael’s UA-cam videos before. I think they blend well together and have great senses of humor. No matter how different they look. And it’s refreshing and wonderful to watch.

I can honestly say that Tom actually got me to listen to rap and I own everything he's made and every song he makes has an extreme message that everybody should hear. I think he is more an independent in the middle with a libertarian viewpoint of conservatism and constitutionalism. He's just every American. And we are blessed to have him and have his beautiful music.

@cindybin2001 personally I don’t think tattoos are something to be disgusted at. It’s been so normalized for so long that it’s as negligible as seeing race/ethnicity in my eyes. Do I think having face tattoos are cool? No not really. I personally think it’s dumb. However it’s not my life to care or judge someone based off their tattoos. You have every moral right and ability to disagree and not give him a chance based on how he looks, but that seems prejudice when said out loud like that. Obviously I’m not saying you’re a racist or anything, but that thought process definitely does promote some bigotry. Again, I’m not saying I’m a fan of full body/face tattoos, but if that’s the reason you refuse to listen to someone’s thoughts, then that’s a problem.

This was actually fun to watch. Micheal is books, Tom is music. They both produce their craft and are pretty good at it. It’s cool to see! I’ve watched Tom do small channel interviews for years, those guys have millions of subscribers from the hog family. He still comments on their daily posts, he’s a fan too. Tom is still humble. He has worked with people that had differences. It’s a testament to Unity, Honor and Patriotism. Shout out to Adam!
Thanks to Tom and Michael for getting together for this discussion. I had stepped away from rap because it had gotten sooooooo bad. Tom brought me back. Michael and DW have rejuvenated my faith in God. Both are helping to make so many (myself included) feel like they have a place in this crazy world and that we aren’t losing our minds.
Fun fact: Tom and his brother in law built a wall in his backyard and painted it green then Tom was tied to it! He was just a few feet away from the house and like 2 feet off the ground 😂 Nova was sitting down recording it. I'm 55, and my wife oddly turned me on to Tom's music by playing his music videos in the background on TV while cleaning house. Now all my kids listen to him too. I think the main reason it appeals to me, personally, is because his lyrics say what I feel, unlike most other modern music, plus the music is just fantastic!
I am a Christian and there's just something that resonates with me in all of Tom's songs and Nova's videos that puts a vision to his lyrics.
