The wolf Of wallstreet salesperson answer to "sell me this pen" is number 5 ironically. And yes OF COURSE IT WORKS, YOU AND HIM ARE PROOF!

Some points relevant to the film industry, some points not so much and will be used rarely if not at all. Took down some good notes from the first half.

I would like to sell my ideas and stories to Netflix or others. I have four books self-published and one of the stories is my real life story. I would like to sell them but is very difficult to get the right attention. That companies are very difficult to contact. How can I contact a production company with interest in know my stories? That's the question.

There are plenty of open submissions in the UK with the main example being the BBC, however they are often heavily saturated with ideas and submissions so getting noticed is close to impossible unless you're the next Hemingway, and even then they might not even want the next Hemingway yet.
The key is to go to festivals with a smaller (adapted) version of your story as a proof of concept. There you can meet and connect with other creators in whatever you're perusing and provide them with bite sized content.
Winning competitions is another great way of getting noticed, you can include things like that on your CV then perhaps get a job and connect with creators that way.
Of course there are contact emails on every production companies website, big or small, go for all of them to widen your chances and create competition between them, they'll fear losing the opportunity knowing that your idea is on the laps of their competitors.
I hope this helps, ultimately the path is no where near linear, you need to show that you're ideas are winners and can ultimately make money! So starting with smaller companies is the key, they're the ones who need it the most. I'm sorry to say that diving straight into selling ideas to Netflix would be fruitless as they are hardly struggling for content at the moment and have never really slowed down.
Be safe, don't get your ideas nicked, I hope this has helped somewhat :)

There's a podcast in Spotify where the guest was a filmmaker who sold a script to Netflix. He mentioned like there's a middle company who searches, handles and screens stories if i remember it right. You dont go direct to Netflix. Bulletproof Screenwriting is the podcast channel by Alex F.. I'm planning to write a web comics to get attention. If you have many followers you'll get it. Of course with a great story.

This started off great, and the speaker is attractive and engaging, but when he went to the screens with just the information, he eventually lost me. He could have achieved the same thing by allowing the information to appear on screen while he's talking in a side panel or as a subtitle. He also talks a LOT and explains a LOT and talks really FAST. BUT I do think he has something of value to say and perhaps this should be rethought and redone. He is his best selling tool, but he is not using himself enough in this video.

If this guy pitched to me I'd tell him to STFU - his video is breaking all the rules he says you should follow. (And by the way, it's a Simile, not a Metaphor)

Depends on the rapport you've built. Tony Robbins, for example, is master at delivering this while being affable instead of condescending. - Curt

You sound overtly manipulative and lacking respect for the intelligence of whom you’re pitching to. Besides, the worse part of your approach is your lack of psychology. You’re the one looking for funding from someone. The worse thing you can do is to alienate them by insulting their intelligence, or make them feel guilty for not being all ears to what you are saying. In the first place if your story is interesting, people will listen. If you have to resort to all these shenanigans, then you don’t really have a good story.
