Some information is incoorect, fyi and there is never one way to get a Pitch done. There are various scenerios to sucess with Pitches to the industriesl I will agree you cannot have just one screenplay, But there is the 'Rush Hour' Franchise, students coming out of film schools have had success.

The creature feature with a human story at its core sort of what he’s talking about, the movie Godzilla Minus One is a perfect example. It’s rare for a monster movie to rise to Oscar worthy screenwriting, but this one did.

    Very interesting interview.
_Good questions And good Guest_ .
(Only _listened_ to the first 30 minutes.
    The Guest mentions
    *Churning out* story's.
    It's more about *quantity*
    But
maybe that's why _modern Hollywood_ / modern mainstream...... Are .... _dreadful_ .
As a paying film customer - I have *stopped* visiting and *going to the cinema* to watch hammy/ crude tacky storylines with over acting.
    Substance and quality are needed.
    Keep sharing.
Thank you. An ex paying cinema goer.
