I'm a fan of shorter over longer...truth is I'll watch both but I can watch shorter ones quicker..(easier to fit in) I will try the 2nd with some tough slow cooked beef. Like the idea of adding cheese n veg to masa.
I could watch you cook all day.. love the salsa recipes. Love your experience and explanation on all the ways you use everything. You cook like I do, little of this, little of that. Mix it up..like you said today, the amount of water you use in dough changes. I live in high humidity area, (Illinois) and making bread, etc..is different every time. Also, check your smoke detectors I think one is chirping in the background. They are a super pain when they need changed, but, I worked for an alarm company for many years, so tryin to keep u safe my friend. If this isn't smoke detectors it's a carbon monoxide detector that needs to be replaced. I love your videos. ❤
I love a gordita!!! 🎉 chicken cheese onion tomato lettuce cilantro and salsa verde is what we put in ours, but the cheese and spinach looks delicious 🎉 yum 😊

I tried your mashed potatoes with cheese tacos and then I put some beans with cheese tacos. Oh my goodness they’re so good. Better than a quesadilla with corn tortillas yeah yummy you need to put batteries in your smoke detector. It’s beeping.
i think i wanna make this stuffed with barbacoa and no spinach because spinach makes alot of people hurt. too many oxalates in spinach. I'm just not into my kidneys forming it's very own rock collection.
