@@natalieharoldsen3494 yes i use co2. the plant is doing really well in the last aquascape" canyon dreams" ive just posted if you want to c. if you have good light and substrate/ferts you should be able to keep it.
Great video. Sure you can tell me.. when grown as an epiphyte AND emersed. Can you just stick the trimmings from the pinnatifida back in between rocks or wood? Like you would if growing in soil.
It's hard for me to choose between the gorgeous, deep, dark red coloration of the red tiger lotus versus the extremely unique growth and lighter, reddish-bronze coloration of hygrophila pinnatifida as my favorite from this list. Some of my own favorites are alteranthera reineckii sp. 'mini'/'rosanervig', red myriophyllum, red nesaea, and cryptocoryne undulata red.
Just bought Hygrophila Pinnatifida today so now I have all 5 of these red plants, plus my AR and AR mini. If I had to pick a favourite, then I would go for the Ludwigia Palustris.
Oh George, it's a hard decision betwenn Rotala rundifolia "H'ra" and Ludwigia palustris. The Rotala have a thinner layout and fits nearly to every aquascape. But the reddish coulour from the Ludwigia have an impressive impact and is so very nice. And then exists an 3rd plant, with an nice reddish coulour. I know, it's not tradional red, but Cryptocoryne 'Albida brown' is a nice reddish plant for me. Also Hemianthus tenellum 'red' is really very interesting. Unfortunately Tropica had not listed this plant. But otherweise i like the plants from Tropica very much.

Wher can we buy this? Is there an online shop wher we can buy some?
I do love the ludwigia super red mini form, has to be one of my favorite stems. 🌱
Alternanthera is a great red plant as well. Different types come in different shades too. Anywhere from a deep rich red to a bright pinkish-magenta
I have now the red Ludwigia and the Lotus. This is the first time I've ever heard of Phylanthus fluitans and I will look for it.
alternanthera reineckii mini is my favorite. always provides that nice touch of red in the midground of an aquascape.
juscallmej do you use co2? I’d really like to try ar mini but I don’t inject co2.

This type of videos are spot on!
In my opinion Tropica Aquarium plant's are the best you can buy. They are worth the money and come well packaged and are very healthy plant's.
Thank you Paul, it's great to hear our plants have been serving you well 😁😍
What type of lighting do you recommend? Some special brand?

50 shades of red 🥰😇👍🏻

George! You can’t fool me!
Just the video I’ve been after
Though hygrophila pinnatifida has an interesting leaf shape and the red tiger lotus has beautiful leaves, my favorite is the red root floaters.

Research which species are jumpers ahead of time, some fish don't do that but you will see it happen with others.
