Why are you surprised we have seen this happen in the past with Cloud servers and all sub vendors in the past if you do not have redundancy this can happen? It seem that CrowdStrike did not fallow standard proper procedure on Updates and Upgrades This is why there has to be multiple companies in all supply chain Redundancy and not having all your eggs in one baskets minimizes problems.
