Cat can also summon out Fenrir for Earth/Psychic. Its going to be worse than Amorphage Goliath 90% of the time, but Fenrir wouldn't take up a side deck slot
So still not super relevant but Chimera has a wind monster in Coatl. Also Ghost Mourner and Droll for hand traps. Like any Mannequin Cat target is situational for play, but I won a local with Spell Canceller against two Chimera players since the Illusion monsters couldn't destroy Spell Canceller by battle Other targets are Kashtira Unicorn and Fenrir that are used in Spright decks
Lets say my opponent veilers my combo and i extend. Do you think using mannequin cat to revive it and summon a nib from my deck is a good idea. If we have sprind we can bounce the nib back to hand?
It's quite unlikely that you'll have a Sprind with the bounce effect, given that you can't dump and bounce using Sprind in the same turn. If it has gotten to that stage, usually the board state should be quite simplified (either you can kill them because they failed to break your board, or they've wiped your board and you have like 0-2 cards overall.) On top of that, if you are playing in a simplified game state, it's quite unlikely for them to trigger Nib (assuming you've both played through most of your resources). Probably not the best thing to do, I think you're better off waiting for them to summon a Dark/Fire/Water for engine.
