I remembered one incident which happened in December 1996. We were coming to Kolkata by train from New Delhi to Kolkata. There were a group of Bangladeshi students who boarded the train. They were studying in one college and were returning home in Christmas holiday. Being Bengali, we got into various discussions and though only 2-3 of them had reservations and the rest did not have any reservations, we accommodated and continued our journey. They were all praise of Bangladesh and started telling how Bangladesh is much much better than India. One even commented that India does not have a decent hotel like their 'Sonar Bangla' (I think I remember the name right after so many years). We did not say anything because they were just college students and proud of their country but one co-passenger could not take it after some time and he just asked one question - If everything is so good in Bangladesh, why have you come to India to study ? India did not help Bangladesh out of love for it, but rather it helped it in order to weaken West Pakistan and in order to steal Bangladesh’s wealth and control it. I don't think the word "cheated" encompasses the approx. 3,000,000 murders, and at least 400,000 R@p*& in "East Pakistan" (now Bangladesh) done by "West Pakistan" (now Pakistan), their education system needs a revolution so that no kid in the future ever repeats the mistakes of the past.
