    Thank you for sharing. I was wondering if you might have done a video on those cuttings from the roselle plant. I would enjoy seeing your process to rooting and growing and planting out.

    With regard to the jam and syrup, doyou wait to cool before putting lid on bottle and jars.

      While still hot. If possible fill almost to the top. When cools down the content shrink and will pull down the lid creating a tighter seal (mason jar lid). This is not canning, though. Refrigerate after the jar cools down to room temp.

      Well, we finished them in 2 weeks. So for sure 2 weeks 😅

      Root them for new plants. They grew roots in seed starter media. Unfortunately, the cuttings died over the winter when I was away for vacation…

    Why don't you just use the syrup for tea? It's pretty much the same thing, except you're not gonna get nearly the amount of flavor from steeping dry calyxes.
