- Locker Nuts episode 582
Come along with us on Saturday morning as we hit a huge neighborhood garage sale in an affluent neighborhood. We snatch up some great deals, sure to turn a good profit for us, but the real surprises come from one house which has some of the coolest bicycles and pedal cars I've ever seen.

The lady with the longaberger baskets made me laugh! She was talking like you like you were from outer space and have never heard of Longaberger🤣🤣🤣
Jack knows when to be quiet!LOL
Kinda funny, when we sell Longaberger at a garage sale or flea market, I’m always surprised when someone doesn’t know what that is.
Hi Locker Nuts, I’m bed bound right now with kidneys that are being ugly so thank you so much for taking me out to garage sales this morning. I loved the plushies you found and the longer-burger baskets. They were in amazing shape. You made a great profit. Take care
I'm not going to lie sir but I'm really enjoying these garage sale episode's... I think these and the flee market ones are starting to be my favourite 1s..keep up the hard work...🤙👍✌👊🤘
That’s awesome! Thanks so much for watching and glad you are enjoying them.
I totally agree!! This was fun! And the flea market videos are my favorite.
Mine too. I agree
Awsome finds. The Creature from the Black Lagoon sure brought back memories!!!I was so terrified from that movie as a kid I was scared to swim in lake water for years growing up just knowing something would grab me from beneath and pull me under!!! LOL ☺ I think that was back in 1955-'56. 😅
That is so funny! My 7 year old grandson loves dinosaurs and says he wants to be a paleontologist when he grows up! So I decide to tell him about how scientist are still looking for creatures such as the loch Ness monster & Champ, a creature from lake Champlain in New York I believe. Well, after telling him these stories, watching UA-cam videos on them & him being fascinated and loving every minute of listening to me discuss it with him, my daughter one day last summer sent me a video with the message " thanks mom" they had taken my grandson to a lake so they could all go swimming and my grandson would only play by the shore bc he didn't want the Loch Ness monster to get him!! 😔
I felt horrible that I didn't realize I had scared him from wanting to go swimming! 😭😭
That was a bit before my time; however, I re-watched it within the past few years, and thought how frightening it must have been for audiences of the time! It’s still a good movie!
Thanks for taking us along to the yard sale.
haha, just on the opening, that chewbacca mask made me laugh. Reminded me of the viral video of that lady with the mask. I don't think I can post a link here but just search for LAUGHING CHEWBACCA MASK LADY (FULL VIDEO), she cracks me up.
As always thank you very much for your video. I watch every single one all the way through. Y'all guys just seem like y'all would be nice to hang out with.
I found a grand total of two yard sales this week. Two. Spent $12 total. You guys had a better selection than I did.
It’s always good to see you guys go garage/yard sales together, I can see how much you enjoy doing life together !
Jack, you flash TOO much 💰💰💰 CASH! 🤑
What I carry in my pocket wouldn’t fill my gas tank LOL.
I find these videos so much fun 😊
It's fun watching you and your wife go to garage sales. I saw a few things that I would have bought if I was there, but darn I'm half-way across the country in Iowa. 😛 I guess it's better for my pocketbook that I'm here. 🙄 Those bears were sold so cheaply, great deal!!! Thanks for another video!!!
I love teddy bears. I think you got a nice haul.
Awesome! Thanks for taking us along.
I bid on some auction lots last year that had probably a hundred longaberger lots that went for hundreds and hundreds overall. I ended up with a few small things, like pens, and fabric, that were really inexpensive but longaberger baskets, at least around my parts... People are fanatical.
😁👋👍👍👏👏💕🙏🏻
Yeah another video. They never seem long enough or frequent enough. I keep looking for a new one. UA-cam is very bad at notifications.
Fun shopping with you today 🙂
Nuns doll in full habit are rare. Just a heads up!
Wow great things at garage sales
I gave that Chewie mask to my son for Christmas and it scared my granddaughter!!
Lol
Went to yard sale this morning for 5 bucks bought 2 oak nightstands bonus was I went to clean them up found a small pendant with a stone in it it said 924 KS looked it up its suppose to be a real diamond in it worth $90,00 according to Google
The guy with the bike and the trikes is super passionate about his collection. Too cute!
I just left a live stream to watch this video! That’s not normal for me. But because of whose video it is, I did this time.
LOL thanks so ugh Beverly! I hope it didn’t disappoint.
You never disappoint, but if it happens you will be the first to know. I’m sure it won’t though.
That Chewbacca mask cost me about $30. Total profit
33 on amazon
I also am not happy at yard sales when they do the ebay pricing.. Its a yard sale, not a vendor who has paid for a spot to sell their product. I used to love it when vendors would come into our Antique store. They got lower/bulk prices or we would trade items. I learned so much from vendors.
I knew as soon as the older gentleman said "I went online ...." about the comics, that Jack wouldn't buy. Sure enough, the little paper sign got put right back on the stack. Nope, no sale. Lol. If people want ebay prices then they should sell on Ebay! Those bears were nicely kept for vintage toys. I really enjoyed seeing the older pedal toys and the Schwinn bike! Are people still masking up in California? Most here are not.
I have been watchhing resellers for about 2 years, I watch quite a few regularly, but you are by far my favorite. No drama, good clean sense of humor and it helps that your christianity bleeds through occasionally, I just love your videos, but I miss your live auctions , cause of other committments, and sometimes watch replay later. Keep up the great work, keep the vlogs coming. Love you guys.❤💥
That was a fun video, I love how you show us everything, not just what you pick up. Wish I could go with you guys
Great profit for 3 1/2 hours of work. God bless have a great Labor Day stay safe
That bike is awesome!
3K to rent a uhaul! Makes me think you should start renting out your trailer.
Seriously! But I think he was quoted for a Uhaul van, and the one way charge out of California is really high. Lots of people moving out of Cali right now, and Uhaul inventory is getting depleted.
Just curious why you didn't buy all the Longaberger baskets. I was thinking you could make some money if sold them together in the auction. Are they just not worth a lot? I love these garage sale episodes! I mean, I love the lockers too but I have been really enjoying the garage sales. Great finds! Thank you.
Shipping is the hardest part with the boxes. So we sell them but only want to grab the best ones.
@@LockerNuts oooh gotcha. Makes sense.
now this was great to watch. you and your wife spotted some nice little treasures, fun stuff. you both covered a lot of ground. thanks for sharing. I still enjoy the hidden treasures from your storage lockers. TOLEDO 💙
So fun! Love that pretty blue Kate Spade bag! Really nice restored stuff at that last spot. It's fun watching you and Janna find great stuff for your auctions while keeping your ROI in mind.
I'm gonna have to leave my comfort zone down here in San Jose. One of those houses had sooo many planters I would be happy to have! #goalsfornextwkend. 😀 Blessings Nuts 🙏❤️👍
always enjoy watching :)
at my Sam's yesterday was $2.99
Loved this Garage Sale Video! Great profit!!
Thanks so much!

I mean just so beautiful - love the show - and you did better than expected - good luck
i LOVE waTCHING YOU TWO YARD SALEING
Fun, Fun, Fun! Oh man the bike!
The candies Barbie if a first edition sells upwards of $300.00US
Those L.B baskets are a good buy at $5 a piece especially with the liners. They used to sell for a lot more a few years ago.
The tabletop juke box even though only the outer case was a good score ... 2k if it's all there or more, had a few Wurlitzers over the years but no table top ones.
I hope he sells it then! He seemed pretty savvy with knowing his prices.
Chewie!! 🤣💖💖
Hello from Wisconsin. I come from a small town about 1300 hundred. Every year we have a town wide rummage sale a long with a car show. Mapped Flyers go out with your name and address, what your going to be selling and time your open. Oh yeah little town big deal lots of fun. Love watching you two on Mondays and all the videos. The rummaging is such fun. ❤❤
My husband had a John Deere tractor with the pull along trailer. We found one at an antique shop a couple years ago and gave to our grandson. Love your videos👍
cannot believe you don't want the train!!!hahah
Love watching yall garage saling awesome flips and profit God bless!✌
Love garage sales too!
The 2nd one you went to, we have one like that, & they send some people to the start & some to the end so everyone is not at the same place at once
I was a Longaberger rep for several years. Those baskets were a steal!
Amazing prices! I am giving my beanies to our preschool every year. Still have a bunch!
Nice finds!
I love the treasure hunts! You always find great stuff.
Oh. Oh I dealt with LexisNexis at my work before I retired. They were a nightmare
Hey that snake purse has my initials on the chain MK. Lol that’s a fun video. Thank you so much. 🌻🫂🇨🇦
That red trike reminds me of the shining lol
Jack--I want that brown bear!!! Please??
We sold those in our live auction a few weeks ago.
Hello from the french nuts !
Even if there was no exceptional find, it was a very nice video...
Thank you for posting several videos this week to catch up on the delay in the broadcast...
See you soon for a new locker...
I am amazed that you can sell DVDs at all! We run charity garage sales here in Dubai and they rarely sell.
Wow. I have never seen people at their garage sale push and talk up their items like this one did house after house!! Most people just sit silent and wait for the sale or offer...LOL! Like you, I would probably walk away from anything that has eBay or where ever comps attached to an item. If they want top dollar they need to do the work and list on platforms. People want deals at garage sales!! I have been fighting with my 22 year old son about that very fact. He sells here and there and makes decent money on a lot of stuff he gets at thrift stores. Not a full time seller or anything but does his homework and has made some extra cash as a side hustle. He wants to have a garage sale and sell stuff for what he would ask online. Try to tell him that is not going to work. NOT the prices people want to see at garage sales. Not a deal nor a profit to be made for the buyer.
I am glad that I got you hooked on those crystal - Swarosky are jut beautiful - so classy
Now Waterford crystal is the biz in this world -the best out there
It's good to see you getting more crystal jewelry and the bears!
Got the garage sale videos going now cool!!! 😎😎
I love yard saling too!! Great finds..great profit!!
Good one Jack. I do enjoy the Garage Sale videos but the locker digs are still my favourite. Be safe.
I saw some horse racing memorabilia around the 12 minute mark. Racing memorabilia can we worth quite a bit.
Hello Jack and Jana. Looks like you're finding some great stuff in these garage sales.
I really enjoyed this episode! I also enjoyed admiring people’s yards. The man with the hollow jukebox (and the lecture on comic book values 😄) - I loved how nice his garage was finished! And I fell in love with that butter-soft brown leather purse! You guys did well, you must know what you’re doing.😂
Love the Black Lagoon toy.
nice finds. Love your vids Jack!
Thanks!
I know you've sold everything already on your previous auctions, but I love seeing how much you flipped the items for! That was my side biz starting as a teenager, I'd go to garage & estate sales, buy mostly antiques, then resell them to the local antique dealers in town! Then when I went back to college to further my degree in the early 2000s, in the summers when I didn't have classes, I was selling on ebay doing the same thing, flipping garage sale treasures! It was a lot of fun, but ebay was making more changes to their platform after a few years, so it got to be less fun! 😑
I've been back and forth about starting back up on ebay again but I always talk myself out of it!
Anyway, love it when you take us along for your garage saleing Jack and Janna! Always great seeing what you flip the items for!! 👏 👍🖖👌✌
Longagerger sold out to mass production. Their coprorate office was built in the shape of a basket. It now is office spaces for rent. So most in Ohio arent collecting anymore.
Wow, great findings I'm taking about the Coach bags etc.
It was weird watching you buy stuff that you had already auctioned. I would have preferred to have seen this beforehand.
It looks like a good one
very sketchy on the Schwinn, someone that restores a bike like that would not make such a serious error as to put "Black Panther" on a paper, when stating that the bike was an original Black Phantom. Looks like he took a 1953 Panther frame and bought 1995 reproduction Phantom parts. Or someone did... Buyers need to be very carefully when buying vintage bikes. Always view the actual serial # on the crankcase belly
I was wondering about that too. I don’t know much about bikes so that was kind of confusing to me. Personally I’d rather buy a vintage item in rough shape than buy one that’s been restored like that.
The stephen king book was worth about $40
Great profit!
Guy with the bike and kids toys won't sell them there but they would definitely sell online. Some nice pieces collectors would pay up for.
Good pickins
Longaberger is no longer in business. The headquarters and business building still exists currently; it's designed to look like a basket. The baskets should only go up in value since they are no longer being produced.
Great video! Love to see these.
great video, greetings from Spain
Good Stuff!
Yeah.....the Longaberger. I started collecting in the 1980s.
Was told "they're an investment."
Not really. At one time I had over 100 of them. Longaberger is no longer the company Dave Longaberger started. Has been closed, sold off, etc. I've been to the factory & Huge basket office building. You got a good deal at $5.00 because that's about all I can sell them for.
Good garage sale you look like you didn’t feel good Janna finds them purses I like y’alls garge sales 💜
Get SAFE Get SOUTH.
LOVE the real estate agent.
Longerberger....valley girl much. Lol
As far as the Ebay printed prices at yard sales???
I just laugh and suggest that THEY do the work like resellers do. Most have ZERO sense of humor.
Blessings
P.S. Love the content.
That was very interesting budeo...love the teddies...
For you kids right! We know who likes the mask! Lol!
Also your van is really nice is it new
Thanks! I’ve had it for almost 2 years now.
Steven king books can be very good on ebay hard cover
yay! kitty! 😽
The millenium Princess Barbie re sells for $200.00 US......
I'm so used to your exuberance that it's hard to see you subdued at the garage sales.
New sub ! Liked 🔥👍😃🙏❤️🙂🙌
Or did I pay $50 for the Chewbacca mask? Can’t remember.
🥰
New sub ! Liked 🙏🙏😍😍
