Sugar not walking on one of his hind legs means he's in pain, it's a common problem with small dogs called luxating patella where their knee bones move out of place. Please go to a vet to pop it in place , there is also treatments to help avoid it! When my dog developed this problem he also became super disinterested in eating

My pup has this and our vet gave him a shot and some medication and he does sooo much better!
