@@makemystyle2310 i think split ends don't affect the hair growth directly but you also have to now about hair growth cycle like Anagen , catagen, telogen but split ends don't affect the hair roots but it can affect hair shaft

@@shareenpatni742 you need to do internship and after passing the intern assesment you get your proper license to work independently on floor. But this procedure is generally followed by big brands. There are positions for junior stylists in many salons you can apply for that and get promoted
