  • The University of Pennsylvania was born in the mind of none other than American statesman, inventor, and philosopher Benjamin Franklin. "U Penn" has, fittingly, always reflected Franklin's innovative spirit, combining intellectual daring with down-to-earth practicality and a commitment to the public good. This video was filmed entirely on site at University of Pennsylvania.

    Hi and thanks for your inquiry.
    School-specific questions such as these are really best directed to the program itself as we are not their official spokesperson. If you have any questions about personal statement topics, letters of reference, story themes, etc, please don't hesitate to call us.

    Hi Revaty and thanks for your inquiry. While school-specific questions should really be asked directly to the school, I can tell you that Penn requires the SAT or ACT. Best of luck!

    I'm impressed with U-Penn's recent handsome investments in the communications department. Media studies comprise a major portion of modern age labor.

    Hi and thanks for your inquiry.
    Their East Asian department is very strong. Be sure you understand if you want to terminate your education at the master's degree (as opposed to continuing on to earn a Ph.D.) and have both some mastery of the language you wish to study as well as a good idea for your thesis.

    Hi and thanks for your inquiry.
    I wouldn't say you should do anything "differently." You need to find your best story themes and wow factors and then spin your story accordingly.
    Please feel free to call us to discuss your candidacy in more detail!

    When applying to the University of Pennsylvania as an International student and a mother tongue of English, what do you need to do differently?

    Hi, I'm an undergraduate student majoring in actuarial science. I'm doing American Degree Transfer Program in Malaysia. Must I take SAT or ACT? or just apply using my GPA?

    What about the Master's in South Asian Studies? Do they focus more on modern India or on pre-modern India ?

    Hello, I was just curious what the odds were of someone getting into UPenn's grad school who will be graduating from Pepperdine University with a Business Administration major.

    Are transfer students from public universities (I go to the University of Southern Maine) likely enough to get their admission in PENN If they keep their GPA above 3.5?

    • @somebluntdude
      @somebluntdude 7 років тому +3

      ance badose usually you need to be 3.75 or higher as well as it depends on your major like if your going into engineering then you need at least one chemistry class, two calculus classes, one calculus based physics class (2 if you're going into like bioengineering or materials science and engineering for example), one humanities or social studies like macroeconomics. This is just a general rule of thumb

    Bad press recently. Someone needs to tell those 2 girls. Just because in 4 years that you have not been invited to 1 FRAT party means you have to take a shit when you are not invited again. PATHETIC.
    Great school...how much a year for UNDERGRAD?
