Your voice just hits different.
Cody, there is something special in your voice that goes way beyond "this person is an extremely talented singer". I don't even know if you really realize it or not. I don't know what it is, or how it works, or why - but PLEASE tell me that I'll get to see you perform live in a US tour some day. There's something in your voice that just...goes beyond. Almost like it seeps from or into spaces that shouldn't be able to exist, even though I'm sure that makes no sense at all.

I've loved this voice and presence since the blind auditions on The Voice. You are a powerful force with a gift unlike any other. You won't hear anyone say "oh she sounds like Lzzy Hale" or some other well known singer because you don't. You have your own amazing sound and presence that can't really be compared to someone else. Not "less than"... but as good or better than most. More people NEED to hear you and see what you can do.

These are not personal demons these are just demons we all have to face. Very deep insight at such a young age. Her voice still cuts deeply when she sings. Powerful voice and definitely a true story teller unlike some they give that title to she is a story teller with just the tone of her voice.
