EDOF works really well. Particularly if the surgeon gives you a little more near in one eye. I have no readers and 20/15 in the far eye. I guess you'd call it blended vision. Very minor impact on far with the 'near' eye. Very happy.
No matter what video I what about Vivity, I always come across your positive comments about that lens and your experience, I hope you have no monetary interest in pushing this lens.

Till crystalline lens could be repair I think best option is monofocal. You'll need reading glasses but your far vision will be clear

I have not noticed any halos or glare at night or problems driving
