I recommend Xero for my clients to do the accounting part and they have an app marketplace that has apps for cashflow projection like the app called float.
I love your video very helpful. How do you estimate your cash-flow in sales If your just starting out? Do you just give an estimate or what?

There is no magic bullet to estimate income, however cashflow out or expenses you can, because you control what you purchase. So i would start with expenses and see how much sales you need. Then estimate what you think your conversion rate will be, ie for every 10 people you see/quote, how many actually buy, my tip is go low on this number if you are starting. Then you need to know what you think your average sale will be, again be conservative. For example if you think your average sale is $100, and you think you will convert at 40%, then if you see 100 people in the next 3 months, your sales will be 100 x 40% x $100 = $4000. Is this enough to cover your expenses including your wages. Then adjust your activity levels (ie how many quotes you need to do) to meet your expenses. Hope this helps.

BUT I think you are great and really like your videos they make it easy for me to understand.
