new idea for a dock: add an ethernet port, add joycon rails on the dock for charging them, add felt on the inside so the screen doesnt scratch. additionally in the switch package the comfort grip should be replaced with the charge grip, there is no reason the comfort grip should exist

Hi,
Great review! Just wondering if the joycon fitted with the pdp silicone covers fit on this dock back to back? thinking it looks like there is not the room for the two humps touching?

I've only tried two different types of covers, so far, and I showed how they do, in this video. One cover worked okay, and the other one did not work. I'm not sure about all of the covers, on the market, though, because I've only been able to try these two. (and Thank You!)

How long does it take the charging dock to charge the joy cons? I have the same one and they’ve been charging for 5 hours with no green light.

I want to charge my joycons with a charging source other than an actual switch console, do you know how many volts the joycons are charged at so a battery can be adjusted?

It’s crazy cause I just got a switch right and my joy cons wouldn’t charge at all and I was like stuck for hours wondering if my joy cons were like messed up but it wasn’t and I got the joy con charging doc and it’s charging them . Like my 2 controllers wouldn’t connect at all

You have to buy the extra joycons so it would make sense that you would need a outside charging source.

I'm having an issue with a joy con wher eits dead but when I plug it in it will turn red for one second than turn gree as if it is done charging but still won't turn on. any one know a fix?

You can place both Joy-Cons onto the Switch and then dock the Switch. Another way is to use a Charging Grip, OR, you can buy a charging dock like this one.

Gaming 4 Life(Tylerman) yes, but when you have multiple Joycon controllers, this dock is perfect for the job.
