A Birthday Cake with Fruit and Cream, the classic pastry bases that always create a fantastic result when combined.
Ingredients
For the sponge cake
2 medium eggs
80 g Sugar
100 gr Flour for cakes
1 pinch of salt
Vanilla flavour
For the bath
100ml Water
50 g granulated sugar
Limoncello liqueur or other to taste.
For the filling
300 g of mixed fruit
15 g granulated sugar
Lemon juice to taste.
To decorate
400 gr Whipping cream already sweetened
80 g of almond flakes or other
