D&Ds Donuts. Old Fashioned Donuts, and Dat Donut are always on Chicago's list of "Best Donut Places in the City". But you didn't go to any of those places. Hmmm, I can only imagine why.
I understand what you are saying, I agree with your favored donut vendors, and I agree that the video ignores Old Fashioned and some other great places (including my favorite Somethin' Sweet). But that omission is probably intrntionlal, as this video is clearly aimed at a tourist audience. It would be a rare tourist who would trek to the 11000 South block of Michigan Avenue for a donut (or fritter, which of course is the main attraction at Old Fashioned). Maybe someone touring the Pullman neighborhood would head over to Old Fashioned, but again, that's a select subgroup of tourists.
@@timharstead4190Eh, maybe not so much. They went to Lem's for their Chicago barbecue piece, and I think they also got to La Chaparitta in Little Village for a Mexican food piece. I actually would like to see what they make of Dat's or Old Fashioned or Huck Finn, but we won't learn that in this particular video! 😊
Sorry but you guys have your camera setting way too close and then when you bop into the camera it’s nauseating and I think you can make great videos and get great views but you gotta think about your viewers.
Great video thank you for taking us along on your journey
Glad you enjoyed it
Always wanted to try the buttermilk old fashioned doughnut
Do it!
Why the close up views? Too close…
👍🏻
