    Great, lots of good insight in this video. It sounds like emailing about a specific band and time, and asking if there are any opening is the best way to start the conversation. Subscribed and excited to learn more about booking shows and being in a band.

    There was absolutely no context for these 'tips'. No mention of a promoter, booking agent, management... so for anyone who doesn't want to waste 6 minutes this is about as uninformative as it gets. Basically it is how to play at your local bar. Has nothing to do with actual booking processes or getting the attention of promoters, etc.
