The first chapters were my favorites. Cant wait to listen to book two. Did I mention that seriously handicapped. I use to love to read but now audiobooks fill that need. Keep up the great work. I like that she's older it's refreshing ..but.. I'm a bit older than her and have more wrong with me and don't complain /whine half as much about pains ect ..plus she's got positive friends that give good feedback .. I wish I had that
I really want to listen to this story as I love Tegan’s writing, but I can’t handle the narrators voice. Her inflection and going down at the end of each sentences - feels disjointed and hard to understand. It doesn’t flow, like she is reading it for the first time and hasn’t got a handle on where the story is going. I find it really distracting, so can’t enjoy the story - which I know will be amazing like the Keyhole lake series, which I adore!
the narrator has a very good southern lilt, but the book is so badly written, it's not worth listening to. unless you just want some silly fluff to run on the background, while you do some important stuff with your intelligence. 🤦
Oh goodness, I need to find out I'm a witch, my aches and pains and stiffness and creek and pops are getting so bad. All the doctors have found so far is a low thyroid but the meds haven't actually made anything feels better. I walk around like I'm 100 instead of 49.
