Judging by the constant manual spotting, I'm thinking he's from some Asian country.I've seen tons of videos where they do this method and they call it "cold welding" or "welding with a cold welder" which in reality is just a TIG with a spot timer or finger switch & amps cranked up, and its basically always someone in an Asian country (usually China, sometimes others). Same style of video even too.. no narrating or intro, no settings shared, just shots of the hands and the torch. This method does make it way easier to weld thin S.S. without cooking it tho lol, so if they don't mind the additional man hours then 🤷🏽♂️
@@jaicabryizky6987 yeah im just as confused, when i was in school we learned tig on thin sheet continuous. i haven't done a lot of thin sheet but i think you could set up the pulse on the machine to do this same thing but continuously. i dont even hear any gas from the torch on this?
atnpellerin milnor, they used lots of heat sinkclamps. we would clamp a 4ft run, tack, then makenone long fast pass, tig or mig depending. on this pan, you cant clamp backside, so tackingnalong it the best way welder is using the gunslinger method, just chopping the hammer and aiming steady
Very good work brother
Thanks for the video
Are you using any gas brother?
cold welding .one benefit is that it keeps the heat down so less distortion .i usually just weave a joint like that with some ally clamped on
beautiful... what is the settings of your machine and argon gas
Super.
Nice!👍But why keep spot welding? Is the welding power not enough? Our workers usually weld one edge at a time. About ten seconds.

Don’t you have pulse setting on your machine? Doing it manually is a time waster
