TO BE HONEST one of the reason I never got into PoE endgame is because of how absurd it looks. Like I greatly appreciate freedom in build variety PoE1 gives its players but some builds just looks so silly, them sprinting across the map running 100km/h filling the whole map with projectiles with one button idk man I hope PoE2 is a bit "slower" without sacrificing build options
This is so stupid. Do you know the level of character investment you need to go that fast? It's a reward for hours and hours of farming and character optimization.
@@MetalHev yea jkust play the game. Dont worry, you wont be good enough to make a such build anyway and by the time u will have enough experience to fund something like that u will enjoy every second of it :)
@@kacperzalewski7516 enjoy...what? Pressing 1 button? I mean, I do like idle games, but I'm not really looking for that. And don't kid yourself, those builds are as hard as copying a guide and getting enough currency. "Enough currency" in this case being as low as 10c for budget builds.
All I know is that it took me like 2 hours to beat the Act 1 boss as a Sorc solo. That whole Mist circle part he'd take my shield down in one jump then I'd be swamped and health falling and another jump rush take my life to half. I had to count the seconds between jumps and do a dodge roll hoping I picked the right spot. Then those red line explosions in the last 1/3. Those take my shield down in one hit and health in a second. So yea. Dodge roll , strike, dodge roll strike, was the name of the game.

Been playing through POE1 before fully committing to POE2... I tried to make a varied build, I really did. The end result though was always 1 button for all situations. Yeah, you can do all kinds of builds... but that's where the actual choice and complexity ends; with the build itself, not with the gameplay. Which is true to the standards of the aRPG genre for years, to be fair, which has been driven not by what you might call the first playthrough experience of Diablo 1 and 2, but by the "years of playing endgame" experience.
funny how people now try to trashtalk poe1 but before poe2 everybody said its the bets game ever. those who say its vampire survivors never actually played it and where just on the hypetrain fdor whatever reason its insane
As a new player into ARPGs I have to say I prefer poe2. With 60 hours into poe1 I can see fans thought poe2 was too hard, but really I feel poe1 was too easy I just ran through maps with blink and an army of minions doing everything for me super early into the game. Atleast in poe2 I have to play around boss mechanics and use my noggin a bit
I'm playing PoE for the first time as a Witch Hunter and really enjoying the game. It's about managing your character, using different skills wisely, and truly immersing yourself in the experience. But eventually, under the pressure of "hardcore" PoE players, it will likely turn into what PoE 1 became. You can check out PoE 1 now-right from level one, everything just explodes instantly. The game on maps becomes nothing more than a DPS check, which could easily be replaced with a short animation, and nothing would change. Unfortunately, PoE 2 will likely turn into the same thing. Enjoy the moment while it lasts.
serious question: Where is the fun rushing through a map like this? looks super dumb... and to be fair, we see a skill issue here in the poe2 video here...
You don't swoosh through the game at that speed from start to finish. It takes time and investment to get your build to do crazy stuff like that. Personally i have a lot of fun seeing my build slowly come to fruition. You usually only really start taking off near or during the endgame, doing maps. At that point i feel like my characters power is very much earned. Most of the endgame bosses require your build to be sufficiently strong but moving at mach 12 is something people build almost exclusively for super efficient farming.
It is in the sense that it is easier to make a good build/recover from a bad build, but the actual moment-to-moment gameplay in poe2 requires more technical precision. You can think of it as it having shifted a bit the difficulty from macro to micro.
i love when the guys is standing dancing and character is still blasting the map 😂
passive Auto attack my guy
came here to say exactly that! xD
Wait that's how Witch works isn't it? OMEGALUL
Endgame 10 year old game vs new early access lmao
LOL, its supposed to be a joke, but yea its kind of dumb at the same time.
this is just ruthless mode poe1 it will never have clearing capability similar to this i'd love to come back in 3 years and be proved wrong

Feels like beta flicker strike from 2012/2013

ngl Genor was the first wall of this game that made me want to delete my character and start over
U gotta admit he was a great boss
Beat him as a warrior. Wasnt easy but i did it
Mine was the mist king 2nd phase as a beginner, no guide monk. It was miserable, I had to come back to it after gaining more levels.
Killed him on first try, great looking fight though, but not that hard

I like that in poe 2 you got actual gameplay, have to dodge, boss pattern etc
Now THAT is the power fantasy I play ARPG's for. Guess I'll have to start looking up guides for PoE1

or...'Show us on the doll where your sense of humor got removed.'

Are you compare end game POE 1 to start of the POE 2?
POE 2 end game looks exactly the same. You just zoom zoom the maps.
Give it a year, then will see

so true haha
Ok But what if you don’t do a stupid crossbow build?
Honestly not just early access but the footage on some of the poe2 looks slowed down intentionally

You should do this for Diablo 4 vs Poe 2 hahahah

A POE player should not be defeated by that boss, because it has already appeared in POE, and you should know how to deal with it.
