This game really isn't made for solo it seems. Maybe it's just this level, but a couple bots would be nice for such a large area with so many entry points. Art and game itself feels like the old House of the Dead games for me. Could be a good idea, but it's in a waaaay too early state.
Yeah, some games are really intended to be for groups. There's a whole lotta people out there with a lotta reasons for playing solo. We were going the way of companion bots before high-speed internet, but big companies progressed on the DLC/microtransaction route and independent companies want more players instead of working on AI buddies.
