A stupid question. On the video it shows you making several cassette keychains at one time. Can you make multiples of the same object in Whisper or you have to do that in inkscape? Thanks
Hey! Good question. I have been compiling the multiples in Inkscape. As far as I know you can only bring 1 file at a time into K40 Whisperer. Thanks for watching!
Got a big question. When you made the cassette keychain. How did you get the Casey to print do many at one time? I know you have to do it in Inkscape. Can you please tell me how to do it? Thanks
Sure thing. I made a rectangle that was the dimensions of the cutting bed. I just duplicated (Ctrl + d) the cassette a couple of times until I had a row, then duplicated the rows to fill the space in the cutting bed. Then deleted the rectangle. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
@@DoItProjects will I have to resize page properties?
Yes, you have to change measurements from pixels to mm.
@@DoItProjects I meant if I put a picture in inkscape, I change the measurements to 2 x 3 in. After I do that I have to change the page properties so it's just around my picture. Will I have to do that also to multiple pictures of the cassette. I got ask to make 30 of these and rather let it do most of them at one time. Thanks.
Yes, after you have duplicated everything so the maximum number of pictures is in the print bed, you resize the page to be the dimensions of what you want to print
What kind of wood and how thick was the wood you used?

@@DoItProjects got one more quick question. If I want to rastervengrave a picture do I put a blue box on the picture I want done as a raster engrave? Using inkscape. Thanks
@@chade74 I haven't had to do that. I usually just put the picture I want in and click the half tone(dither) box in settings. I haven't had to do anything specific outside of that.
@@DoItProjects let me ask this. On the cassette file you got several red circles. How you get so many, is each one a layer for the red lines? Thanks
