"We" as Panthers fans are blessed to have this guy still as our defensive coordinator. The deck is stacked against him, as all the defensive stars have been traded away to support the offense. If he can pull out the same level of defense as he did last year, he'll be a HC in the NFL.
Yeah well, here's hoping.
Bruh honestly this teams better player wise defensively and they will draft another key player..

Watching last year, this D was often THE redeeming feature of the team. They rarely got embarrassed, always were willing to fight.

Love Evero, gonna miss him after this season. He's the type of coach I'd wanna play for or even coach under. Great mentor, very smart and knowledgeable, respectful, just a really great guy and coach. We're very lucky to have him for one more year. I hope he knows how much we, as Panthers fans, appreciate him sticking around for another year.
We are SO lucky to have a coach of his caliber to lead our defense. I really hope that as a collective team, we can truly take advantage of this in the upcoming season. The future is bright in Carolina

If he doesn’t have a passion to want to be in Carolina to WIN championships , let the man walk as much as I hate to say it. 😭. We only need and want players who WANT to be here !! For instance , clowney has never signed with any team this early but he did , because he had a passion to be in Carolina. If Gilmore passion is not the same. He'll probably sign a week or two before training camp. He wants to be here, we want him here. It'll get done. Sometimes it just takes longer with vets because they wanna skip OTA's, or see what teams do in the draft, which sometimes opens up other options.
Is Newton a plant from another team to stir up team division? Didn't Gantt just ask the same question that Newton asked about much the new players will improve the team? Coach is calm cool professional.
