Ahah thks , this is great cause i struggle to make short videos , in fact , most of the time i wonder how people can make 15 min videos on some stuff while it deserves way more to be covered properly .... Thks again , at least i know some people actually watch my videos fully ...
Thanks! a NKS-Integration of the superb GForce and Cherry Audio stuff wild be a step ahead. The Arturia Mini Freaks works very well as controller interface for the Gfirce OBies.
I was really about to jump on the arturia , a pure beauty for the price and style (love the design) , my concern is that in center poostion i wanted a dekstop module since i wanna use the keystep pro , if the arturia releases desktop this woul be great (but they don't i don't know why ) .... indeed NKS support is great !! Thks for watching and feel free to suggest subject you guyz want me to treat ;)
Alll i can say is that when we produced back then , we didn't had all processing power meaning that very few or no FX , personnaly zero fx , just great balance and sound choice , so if i had to giev one advice : make great production , focus on quality of sound generation , quality sounds , and production , song need to sound great with zero mixing ;) As for N.O groove , think brass band , that typical bounce / tempo , as usual drums behind the VIP 's . Thks for passing by . Zo
@@ZozillaThaGreat thanks for the tip, i really wanna stand out from tha crowd, ever since i found out about slim, i've been making slim type beats, cause they don't sound like everything else out there, and now i know why..
Notice that imho , what was great is because we had diff back ground , Dani Kartel was more of a real band player , and its tracks were really another kind , me i was more in synth / and hardcore stuff with a solid emphasis on drums , KLC was more on more purist stuff focus on percurssive approach , ect .... Nowdays everybody uses the same technics , sounds and watch the same videos lol Production is a journey , the key is to go deep in yourself and be tru to what you have deep in you , to be able to do that , you have to disconnect wit the worold polution ....but at the same time this world is what feeded you !!! So at the end , beware of what you listen to .... listening to old rap and other music , is already great ...
@@ZozillaThaGreat 💯💯 yeah I used to listen to the stuff that comes out now and realised it ain’t for me it’s too evil and beats are overly repetitive no creativity involved whatsoever
Yep i know Paul , but it was already at 2x , the minimum , i would to have no oversampling at all ... Thks for pointing this since i didn't covered this in the video !! Thks for taking the time and for watching !
@@ZozillaThaGreat I didn't notice any real problems when using it during the sound design process. There are obviously things that we find and report to get a fix but I don't recall this being an issue. Hope you're enjoying it inspite of this. 🎹PKH
They've been doing it since a while , Gforce was already one of my fav tools back then .... minimonsta was ahaead of its time and the level of modulation proposed was crazy , immposcar was a lso a classic , and the VSM and Mtron were superb already ... not fun browser but sound was exellent
The presets are uninspired and generic. I mean, if you like 1000 different goofy arpeggiated sounds or massive amounts of programmed fifth cords, then this is the synth for you. Personally, I am very underwhelmed. Boring.
Are you talking huilt in presets or mines ? mines are super basic and as stated tgis is like my templates ones , if your're talking about the factory , some are great , but i confess that i rarely use those or find them inspiring ... but one thing to notice is that some presets are made for a certain type of playing , i do a lot of presets for exemple that are meant for one or two notes eviling sounds , if a guyz only test with chords ... he will find 60 % of presets strange lol
Heyy Zo posted again! You're the only music UA-camr I could watch hour long videos haha, I guess Otis McDonald too though

If you hit the Settings Cog you can adjust the oversampling rate to accommodate the CPU hit.

The HP filter is indeed very annoying. They could add a Q control to it.
Exact ....
I don't know how they do it, maybe they have a wizard on staff
