Just watched.....look like that black mount doesn't work.....did you have to buy another bracket or did Power tank swap it out ? I'm in the same boat trying to mount to built right panels
@@ryankindel9748 I use a company called action gas. They allow refill. Another big company is air gas, but only some places allow refill with them. Also look for breweries or a brewery hobby business. They do refills as well. Where you located?
what size hardware did you use to mount the powertank to the BRI rack? I just installed the bed rack system and I need to install my 15lb power tank which is alot bigger than the 10lb tank at an angle to keep the entire tank under my rolltop cover. Your advice would be great
Like I said in the video, tank base must be firmly on something. The BRI panels and the tank brackets don’t have the strength to hold that weight. At an angle they will fail and eventually your tank will go flying. Highly recommend installing upright. As for hardware we used. A combination of their kits and some 3/8-16 bolts we had. All stainless steel
Hey did you consider cutting down the box link bar so that it clears the power tank? That way you can reinstall it with the tank.
Yeah, but we don’t really need the bar there anyway and don’t have to worry about rust now either.

Your videos are so good, funny, and entertaining.
Thanks man.
Where do you get your tank filled?
Most Welder supply stores can refill them. Make sure you call ahead though. Some will only do cylinder exchanges.
@@KeepItDirtyOffRoad here in the desert all they do is exchanges. I was hoping you had a spot where you refill yours. I over having an empty tank.
