Good information on the split-air units, Greg 👍 We had window-type units in our condo, and they needed cleaned every 2 months! Plus, they weren't very efficient, on a good day! The house we're renting had 3 brand new split air units, and 1 older unit in our bedroom. The owner had that one cleaned when the new ones were installed. Much more efficient and comfortable than the window type coolers. I'll have all 4 units cleaned around October. Thanks again, Greg
@jerrymarshall2728 I think its a good idea to clean every 6 months. We went one year, that's too long. If you use aircon daily, maybe every 3 months. Thanks Jerry.

Hello Greg, good choice Canadian solar top brand we also have, i had same problem, as we live right at the Atlantic ocean in our winter we always have mist hanging till 11 in the morning and not sufficient sun to fully charge, we added 3000 watt panels with a extra mppt charger, so the extra panels are connected to the separate mppt charger what are hooked up directly to the batteries it works perfectly and no need to get larger inverter. If you want i can mail you the picture of our installation
Greg I am impressed how well you accomplish work , management , and maintenance . You surround yourself with the right quality guys . Mold or Mildew ? Mildew not as bad, very different , good to find it and clean it , spray on a light antifungal solution ?

Not sure if you ever covered it, but is there a chance that a lightning strike could ruin your battery? And if that happens does the warranty cover it?

I'm sure there's a chance. Warranties really don't exist here, so I can't answer that question.
You need to install some flood lights on the roof so you can make some solar when the moon isn't full.
