Hey Jon, I just sold my house this Fall, and people will nit pick about the littlest things. You have to deal with the looky lues, critics, canceled showings ect... But it will pass and keep at it. There is a perfect buyer for your house and a perfect house for your family. We went through a lot more with the sale of the house that I will not discuss on youtube, but everything will happen at the right time. After we moved to the new home, I bought a 2020 Husky TE250i as a reward from such a grueling/painful summer. Keep ya head up , it gets better if you endure to the end....

Good to see you back..looking forward to the future riding vids... i think you are spot on with choosing the Beta 390... i may be bias though. because i ride an 390RR down here in Aus... and it does everything so damn well... I do have a Husqvarna 501, for more fast flowing tracks.. but still so capable in technical shit too, and i just got a New Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sports for the bigger adventures.... and yes.. i do take it on trails and fall off.. gotta cover all bases do we not.. lol. Keep getting out when you can, don't let the day to day dramas get you down. things will work out ime sure... Always appreciate your honesty and being yourself. no matter what... Cheers and respect from down under..

Here in southern California, it's still mostly a sellers market. Prices are outrageous and people are buying. Not sure where you are at, market is little different. Good luck to you and family on the house.
Thanks for posting a new video, you have one of the good channels.House selling can be a bitch. I had mine on the market for 6 months and on the last day of the 6 month contract, I sold it. We were ready to just add on to what we had and deal with it. Of course the house we bought needed a ton of remodel and maintenance work...but I now have 5 acres of my own and nearly 1000 acers of adjacent land to ride on so well worth it.BTW, can you get the ethanol free gas where you are? I don't use anything but it in all my small engines. Makes the jetting more consistent on the Beta too.
Oh man I know the pain! We went " temporary off market" for a few weeks, Burnt my credit card all to shit buying a new hvac system and new doors. Today is day 2 back on market, 2 showings 2 offers. Like really?!? Where were you two months ago??! LOL. Hopfully this house closes smoothly, and so does our next. Unfortunately, our local market heated up so fast that all of the 5 plus acre lots are gone. one went under contract in 4 hours... WOW! So it looks like im not getting much land at all. But I will still be able to ride a very small loop atleast. I can get Ethanol free gas, but i have to drive 40 mins to get it. So I rarley do.

Beta 390 is a sweet ride! I have the 200 myself but if I was goin 4 banger it would be the 390 hands down.
