So true! I watched 10 other videos first telling me over and over again why I should change the angle. But I couldn't do it until I found this video explaining about where to apply the allen key in "system number 4" when the big groved screw can't be turned with fingers only.

Thanks...#4 is what I have on my 2021 Defy Advanced 2. They left it tilted slight backwards, which caused extreme discomfort. Thanks to your instructions at the end, I figured out that after I loosened the one and only allen nut in the back, that I would now be able to adjust the dial in the front with my fingers. Didn't have to waste time going back to the bike shop and I even set it slightly tilting forward...not as much as your saddle, but enough to make it more comfortable.

This is addressing the symptoms NOT the cause.
Dr. Steven Schrader with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH): “When you sit on a bike the pressure on the perineum increases sevenfold. Riders using a classic saddle place 1/4 of their body weight on the perineum. The amount of oxygen reaching the *** typically falls 70% to 80% in 3 minutes. A guy can have his oxygen levels drop 100% but he doesn’t know it. After half an hour he goes numb.
Saddles with splits or holes may make matters worse because they have smaller surface areas, and hence the rider’s weight presses harder on less saddle. The arteries in the perineum run laterally and therefore they come under more pressure when they come into contact with the cutouts’ edges. It is no longer a question of whether or not traditional bike saddles causes ED, but what are you going to do about it?” @t

The most common mistake is riding ANY of these seats period!
Traditional and/or modified traditional single platform nosed or “horned” bicycle seats cause prostate health issues such as elevated PSAs and prostatitis. They create strictures in the urethra, damage the internal pudendal artery, and cause pilonidal cysts on the tailbone. These seats also cause a long list of female specific tortures.
Dr. Steven Schrader with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH): “When you sit on a bike the pressure on the perineum increases sevenfold. Riders using a classic saddle place 1/4 of their body weight on the perineum. The amount of oxygen reaching the ***** typically falls 70% to 80% in 3 minutes. @@jabobwong I am always amused at those who have never ridden our product somehow know how it performs. If you look at our site we have everything except very technical downhillers. This guy knows nothing about how the seat works. He also does not understand that his last statement is an impossibility. Furthermore, the fact that there is no horn means you can really torque when going uphill because you can push really hard without "grinding yourself in to oblivion." We have 38,000 seats out there and NO reports of anything even remotely close to what he is saying. Complete ignorance is being shown by this guy.

This technique for saddle tilt is not compatible for trek Domani 2
I redone this entire step multiple times probably over 1000 times and it does a complete opposite thing of what I wanted to do you video recall beyond irritated? I probably spent about three hours trying to watch this video over and over and over again this video did not help me at all. It actually did the opposite and got me very frustrated.
This video does not make any freaking sense. It’s a waste of time. Don’t watch this video.
