I love it when you do a couple of piece’s, it shows just how different a piece can be from one block. I get jittery when my BP is either up high or down too low. Hope all is well with you, please take care. Thanks Deb.
Yes, another "faux stone" but oh so beautiful. As the nation is running out if turquoise, those who revere this stone will be happy that maybe, some can be saved by following your beautiful creations and maybe, the exhaustion of turquoise will stop. THANK YOU from all all of us who treasure our sacred stone but still would like to wear it!💙💚👍🌅🌟
Another amazing piece. I binged watched this the other night and decided to follow along with you today and was doing good until you got to the liquid black clay. I didn’t have any so I used translucent with just a tiny bit of pigment paste. Then on into the video you talk about why not to use paint. Then rewatched the last half of it tonight and I now understand why you chippy choppy in different sizes. So I learned something each time. Thank you!
Well, I’m glad you were able to improvise. It might be an idea to check out the description for products being used, before you watch, so you won’t be surprised lol. I’m terrible at forgetting things I’m gonna be using, and remember halfway through the video 😆 As for using paint, it’s ok in small quantities, and I do occasionally use it. But I’ve seen people over saturate their pieces, and wonder why they break.
Deb, you are an awesome polymer artist! I’m so impressed with your work. You are an inspiration to a lot of people!!!!! Thank you so much for your effort and in sharing your ideas. Sonia in Philadelphia 😊
Perfect timing!!❣️ It’s raining out and I was sitting here wondering if I should just play with clay today as I can’t do anything in the garden 😕 Then your tutorial popped up 😊 Gorgeous pieces!!! I love making faux stones, too, and playing with alcohol inks- so fun❣️❣️ I love the colors you used, they work together really well. Sounds like a good project for a day like today 😁 Have a great day, Deb, and as always, thanks for sharing 💜🤍💙💛💚
Yay!! One more pendant! Don't know if you can tell when people stop in the middle to make comments... but, I do so I don't forget or if something is going on. 🙃😍💞✌
You are such a creative genius! I love hearing you describe your thought process. And you go on and ramble all you want !! Thanks again for taking the time to share your enormous talent.
@@clayboutique I started to watch but the storms started rolling in and the buffering was incessant so I had to stop. I think it’s going to be a stormy Saturday so I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow to watch. It looks very beautiful, as usual💖
No, I didn’t resin the backs. I don’t keep showing over and over how I resin my pieces, because I have several vid that already show this. Plus this one: ua-cam.com/video/doBK-lfSz3k/v-deo.html
Hi Deb 👋🏻 I always get so excited when I see you put out a new video!! Love the faux stones, so I am not disappointed when you make them 😊 Fantastic job! I was wondering, what do you do with all your makes? Do you sell them or gift them? To let you know, I get the jitters too! Like you said, you have a lot on your mind, so that in itself will do it. Try to have a good day 💕
Hi, Kelly! I have a Facebook page, ‘Clayboutique’, and sell some there. I do a barn sale once a year, and usually do really well at that. I also gift them. And of course, I have sooooooo many that are in boxes, etc. I always intend to do more craft shows, but honestly, I hate them LOL. Have a great weekend, love! 💕
On one of the videos where I don’t list it. If you look in the description of my more recent tutes, you’ll see a link to my Amazon storefront. Everything is listed there. I just get my sandpaper from Home Depot.
Hey Deb...I have not tried to resin yet...its on order 😄....will the resin fill in any small blemishes or where the layers didn't completely form together? Thanks for the tutorials and your advice...I truly appreciate you!
Absolutely beautiful! May I ask a question regarding resin? I'm new to putting resin on my polymer clay pieces and am noticing some waves and pin holes when I take them out of the UV light. How long do you keep yours under the light and what brand of resin do you use? I hope you don't mind me asking - - I'm just trying to get the hang of it! Thanks so much!
Hey, The resin I use is linked in the description. Just click on the title of the vid, and all info is there. The pin holes are air bubbles. Before you put under the lamp, run over your piece with a lighter. That should help. Also, watch my tute:ua-cam.com/video/doBK-lfSz3k/v-deo.html I usually cure mine for a minimum of four minutes, but all resins vary. It’s fine to leave it in longer than the package says.
That is so interesting that you don’t condition the clay first. Would it work with clay that had been conditioned.?It looked like the gold had been conditioned somewhat. This combination is really beautiful. Love your videos!
It never ceases to amaze me how you turn a block of “mud” into beautiful pieces. I need new curtain pulls for my blinds and I am going to try it.
Thank you!
That’s a cool idea! 💕

Thanks Deb.
Your voice sounds like Dawn French. She is one of my favorite British comedians. Keep doing faux stones, they are great!
Omg hahahahaha! I love Dawn French! Not sure I sound like her, though 🤣
Thank you!
You have almost 12 k subs! I knew you would! Hope you’re ok. We love you. Also love your chippychoppy.
I know! Subscriptions have actually slowed down a little, probably because it’s summer, but I’m happy!
Thank you 💕
It's stunning Deb. Will always say yes to another pendant. More pendants =more Deb-
Gorgeous!
Man, I'm having so much trouble with the swirly cutter. 😂

Hi!
Yes, resin can hide small blemishes.
You’re welcome!
love your work. What type of resin do you use, is it a spray on?
Uv resin. Listed in my Amazon shop…link in description

@@clayboutique Thank you so much for your reply - I will definitely check out your video about this!!!
Hi Deb. I hope all is well. I noticed that you didn’t condition the trans clay. Is it not necessary to do do so? TIA
You don’t pre condition it for faux stones, because you need those firmer chunks. It’s getting some conditioning as the block is squeezed together.
That is so interesting that you don’t condition the clay first. Would it work with clay that had been conditioned.?It looked like the gold had been conditioned somewhat. This combination is really beautiful. Love your videos!
It works either way
Almost looks like jade
