I am a Lani Misalucha fan..and somehow I hate how she tends to hold back during duets..I just recently just saw a video of her rehearsing this song in one of her concerts in the US..I was mindblown because I rarely see her give as much as she did in that performance..She was just playing with it and she was hitting notes she rarely does or even try..Her performance in the actual concert used to be my fave Somewhere Over the Rainbow performance..Until I saw the rehearsal version..
That was actually my impression watching this, that Lani held back and let Morisette shine more. Just took it as an elder veteran supporting a younger talent.
But I do wish I saw her really letting it rip bec she is amazing and I love her tone. Is there a clip of her singing this solo?
Me too that rehearsal is bomb can you send them the link cause she can blow anybody out of the water if she wants to. And that video is proof
@@cdcotr Somehow everytime Lani is performing with anybody in a duet she is underwhelming..Most of the times..It seems as if she is not giving it her best..Watching her solo performances of Somewhere Over the Rainbow and this particular duet she had with Mori confirms my guess that she is indeed dialing it down when performing with other artists..
