Yes it's not a whistle but rather a super head voice a bridge between head voice and whistle voice. It's a spot where you need to build coordination and strengthen your range. A super head voice is a thinner version of head voice and falsetto, and it's about an octave higher than the normal head voice range.

Her comedic stints!!!!! So funny!!! hahhahahahahhaha. That's an extended headtone and yes, it's more proper as a placement and certainly more superior than whistle. The only exempted case for me in whistling, for example is MC. She did not choose to develope nodules since she was young which allows her to whistle until now. Other than this type of case, whistling is not a healthy addlib. The most proper technique to hit a whistle note is not through a whistle register, it's through an extended headtone, and an opera singer like Lani has it.
