Demo Procedure
Greetings, Hello hi and introduction with kids.
Opening speech: Introduce yourself and briefly explain the demo topic.
Warm-up:
"Busy feet warm-up song". Play the warm-up song, sing along and do the actions. ( DJ was interrupting me during the warm-up. Make sure you download the full song. Involve parents in the warm-up.
Role-play dialogue with LT.
Muxi : I like monkeys. What animal do you like?
LT : I like birds.
Now let's ask the kids and accept all possible answers.
Present new words.
Present new words using flashcards, stuffed animals and appropriate TPR. Let them just repeat the words.
Memory master game.
Place those flashcards in front of the kids, repeat them, and let the kids follow you. Now quickly pick up one card and let them guess. what animal is missing?
This is just for the kids, to take interest and memorize the new words.

Involve parents
Give flashcards to the parents and put stuffed animals a little far from them. Kids look at the flashcards and pick up those animals, give it to the parents and say it.
Let's say Amy's parent holding rabbit's flashcards. So Amy has to pick up the toy rabbit, give it to her parents and say: I see a monkey.
Hot potato game :
This is the most successful and suitable game for demo.

Have them all (including parents and teachers) in a circle, play music, pass the stuffed animals, pause ⏸ the music, whoever is holding the animal, stand up and say it " I see a rabbit, fish, tiger, etc.
Fishing Game
Get Magnetic fishing rods on Taobao. Stick paper clips 📎 to the (fish) mini flashcards.
Play music, kids pick up fish using fishing rods and give it to the parents, and say: I see a fish.
Keep going until the music stops. And count at the end, who got more fish.
Slid flashcards.
Have the kids sitting in a circle, slide a card on the floor ( without picking it up ), and say it. Time by time, add more cards and let them say it. in the end, they will be passing many flashcards and say the related words. ( see the video ).
